A medium should have fit me fine (at 119 pounds), but they seem a bit too small. I have never needed a large, but it seems this would be the only way to get a pair of these that cover and don't creep.

However, the crotch and bottom front of the garment are cut too narrow. After wearing them for a day, I went running back to my Jockey Elance cotton hipsters.
