I did not end up paying for the subscription just because I use ring and can add all of the cameras to one subscription. I would consider switching to Arlo instead of Ring when my subscription ends.

I’ve used cameras before and this was one of the most user friendly for setup. Will be looking into one with a higher video quality or something I can use in the evening.

It comes with a power cable to plug it in and then I just had to connect it to my phone by using Bluetooth & downloading the app. The app comes with a free 1 month trial which is great to be able to test it out/try it out first. It’s nice that I can turn on the camera from my phone & it will record the entire time. It even has motion detection and night time vision. I can watch the videos from the app at any point. I’ve had it in my bedroom and then also in my living room, I like to switch it up and keep an eye on things. Both, the camera & the video quality is amazing, the camera works perfectly & for the videos, it all shows really well. When I’m done using the camera, I can shut it off by my phone using the app also. I like that feature. I love that this security camera lets me see every thing happening, if I ever have any company to make sure nothing is stolen plus if anyone ever tries to break in then I would get the person on video. It’s definitely great to have, it helps me feel safe and in-the-know to what’s going on inside my home.

Setup was quick and effortless, and the app is simple to navigate. The 2K video quality is sharp, detailed, and impressively clear both during the day and at night — the night vision captures everything perfectly, even in total darkness (shadow in my night video is due to being angled down on a counter). I also love the smart motion detection that can tell the difference between people and animals, which cuts down on false alerts. The paid membership is completely optional, and there are still plenty of great features available without it. I liked this camera so much that I purchased more for other rooms in my home. It’s one of the best indoor security cameras for convenience, quality, and peace of mind!

Setting it up was a breeze, it connected super fast, and the Arlo app is really easy to use, even if you’re not techy. The motion detection is super responsive, and I love how wide the view is, it covers the whole room perfectly. The video quality is sharp, and the night vision surprised me with how clear it looks in the dark. Overall, it’s a great camera that gives me peace of mind and was super easy to get up and running.

We like the app and the fact that we are able to monitor our living room at all times even when we are not there. We are looking to get more Arlo cameras for the playroom and house entrance.

One of the downsides is the subscription cost, which is more than what I’d like to spend monthly. But overall, it has good night vision and was super easy to install. The app is also easy to work with.
