A medium should have fit me fine (at 119 pounds), but they seem a bit too small. I sized up a bit to have more comfy fit, but I think I should have kept my normal size M instead of L for optimal fit. I wish the elastic waist was a little bit softer, but overall these are comfortable for everyday wear.

The briefs also did not move or creep up or down, so there were never any noticeable lines or discomfort due to that. They washed well and did not snag or shrink in the dryer. When I buy these for myself, I will buy one size larger and they will be more comfortable.
