It wasn’t Member’s Mark, it was Oak Grove. Every time we have gotten substituted with this it smells bad, doesn’t taste good and spoils within a couple days‼️

The safety caps are ridiculously hard to remove. There is no safe way to remove them. You figure it out, because if I tell you they will block it again like they did last time. Okay, let's see what happens this time.

I hate the bottles (too talk for our frig) and hate how they are sealed. We often have to get a tool out to open our milk. It's rediculous. I have tried to avoid buy our milk at Sam's since they started using this bottles.

Not in stock. Only buy milk from here. Renewed my membership since i purchase weekly. Everytime i go it never in stock. I wont be renewing my membership again with sams club.

Really dislike the new jug design, difficult to open, very awkward to use. Milk tastes like plastic. I used to buy 3-4 gallons of milk a week at Sam's, but not anymore. Very inconvenient.

Have no problem with the milk it is the container that I dislike, if I remember right they tried to this shape a few years ago and had to change it back although I can say the safety seal is hard to remove at least for me.

I purchase this out of convenience. Why would you sell a brand from out of state when we have Central Dairy right here? Be careful when transporting it leaks very easily

The container is really difficult to pour from especially if one has serious hand problems plus when you get to the end of container you have to keep turning container around and around from corner to corner to get trapped milk out. VERY POOR DESIGN need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

The milk is fine. You have to be careful with the expiration dates, but that’s true no matter where you buy milk and dairy products. The plastic jug is a funky shape that makes it hard to pour especially near the end. It’s weird. The glued-On safety seal under the plastic cap is almost always extremely difficult to remove. The part you grab often fails and you need a knife to cut it then peel it off. Not friendly at all.

The milk is good and fresh tasting. The problem is the shape of the jug top. It is hard to get a good grip on the cap to open it the first time. Then the way the seal is secured, it’s very difficult to remove. I wish they would go back to the old jugs.
