The new jugs are terrible 1. You can't get your hand around the cap to take it off. 2. You can't get the seal off with old hands 3. You can't see how much milk is in the jug unless you hold it up to a light. 4 The jug handle is in the wrong spot, all the weight in off set. The old ones were easier to lift and pour.

It's milk, 1% and not the 2% I'm looking for. It's better than nothing, but 2% would be better still. My cat wont drink this, she also prefers 2%

THERE HAS BEEN A FEW TIMES THAT MY MILK SPOILED BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE IN THE PAST. SEEMS LIKE MORE SINCE THE STORMS & CORONA

This is the first time I bought milk at Sam's disappointed that I can't even get the jug open. My fingers and thumb can't get around cap to get a good grip to turn it. My daughter even tried and wasn't able to either.

We have been using Sam's milk from more than 15 years. But this new design gallon makes it hard to open and taste of this milk also different than previous milk. Sam's should do something about it.

Jug falls over easily in car. Hard to open and seeing it's white you can't tell how much milk is left. Go back to old design. It's worked well for years.
