I had bought this mattress 6 years ago, and just replaced it with this new one. I am totally satisfied with this product, and sleep well on it. That's why I stayed with it.

Decent mattress so far. Did need to put a topper on it to even it out where the design ridges are. A little firmer than I'd like, but hopefully it'll soften up.

The Serta Heather Ridge Pillow-top mattress has been a dream. It's firm and supportive, yet soft and contouring to the body. So far, we are enjoying this wonderful mattress.

This is the second mattress just like this one we have purchased. The last one was so comfortable that we decided to replace it after 12 years. The old one began to sag in multiple areas so we knew it was time for another one. We certainly got good use out of it and wanted another just like it.

In doing my research, I've read nearly every review for this mattress here on this site and there's those who like it and those who don't. For me personally, I really really like it. I got the medium mattress and I really like how comfortable it is, especially for the price.

I wanted firm, but it was not available, so i settled with medium. I like it and have had some good night sleep😴

This is a horrible matress for side sleepers! It is not plush at all!. I would say it is good for a back sleeper that wants a firm matress with a little memory foam top.

Super happy with my experience and purchase of SER24 Heather Ridge. I purchased this new mattress as a replacement from my 14 years old mattress. It's very comfortable, reduced my back pain, and improved my sleep quality.

Much better mattress than I had before. Just a little more firm than I was wanting. So my review is just a reflection of not being able to lay on prior.

Not too firm, not to plush where you don't feel supported. Registered under the Heather Ridge Plush because what I purchased (Heather Ridge Medium) was not an option.
