This exercise dress is a game changer! Built-in bra and shorts give great support and coverage without layers. Super comfortable, flattering, and stays in place for workouts, walks, or busy mom days. The color I got in yellow is such a beautiful pale yellow!

I’m a fan of name brand stuff when it comes to my athletic clothes, so I was surprised this feels like that quality. Loved the detail on the straps and they do adjust for size. The small detail of the brand in raised rubber print on the back was a sleek touch. Pockets on the side of the shorts and so stretchy for tennis balls, phone , keys etc. for reference I am a 34DD but athletic build with smaller waist and muscular legs. The waist is loose but I kinda liked the whole thing was lint hugging every bit. Very comfortable, super cute for pickleball as well , I want the other colors

Super cute and easy-to-wear dress. The cherry print is fun without being over-the-top, and the navy background makes it feel a little more polished. It has a relaxed, comfy fit that’s flattering without clinging, and the spaghetti straps give it a light, summery vibe.

Amazing!! The dress is perfect! I wore it on vacation. It flows in the wind. It's not see-through! I weigh 167, height 5'3, and bra size 32I. I purchased a Medium. It fits perfectly. It's not tight or loose around the chest area. I wore this dress over my bikini, but I'm sure it can be worn in other ways!

Great sporty dress. Very comforable and practical. I love that it has shorts underneath. The shorts contain a pocket on both sides. I love the packets has a flap over it for an extra level of protection. The only downside is I had a little trouble getting it on, but that might just be me.

The dress is comfortable and fits well. It is difficult to get on, only made more difficult by the racer back style of the straps. I think having to step into a dress with built in shorts it would be better to have a larger opening at the top. But very versatile and nice dress otherwise.

This is such a great workout outfit! It’s very comfortable and supportive. A flaw I immediately ran into is that it’s bit hard to put on, just like a sport bra, but it lacks the support of a sports bra. Second I would like a pocket on the shorts but that’s just for keys or my phone not a needed thing. On to the positives the length is perfect and it is a one piece with shorts attached. It’s actually like a body suit with a dress on top. The back is cute too, the fabric is nice and breathable for if you sweat a lot while exercising or it can be just a cute dress with a sweater and tennis shoes either way this is a great addition to your wardrobe!

The dress is a very nice material. It’s soft and slightly stretchy so it fits well. The dress has an under layer that is more fitted and the top layer is slightly looser. The under layer has shorts with pockets so they would work well to hold tennis balls or your phone or money if desired. It also has an attached bra liner with removable pads. Overall, I am fond of this dress, but there are a couple of things I dislike. I am disappointed that the under layer shorts are not detached at the back of the dress so you can more easily put the dress on and off. Because it is one full piece, the entire dress needs to be taken off or put on through the top, making it difficult to go to the bathroom. The top straps are adjustable, but even at the loosest setting, it is extremely tight to put the dress on. I actually felt like my wide hips may cause the seams to rip, although they did not. I am wearing a a size large in the photos, and am 5’ 7” and 160 lbs.

The material feels nice and I love the sage color. I also like the built-in shorts with pockets. However, the straps are very thin, dig into my shoulders after a short time, and feel like they could break. Thicker, padded straps would greatly improve comfort. The fabric also doesn’t have as much stretch as expected. I’ve worn several active dresses from other brands and haven’t had these issues—this one also kept sliding down at the top and wasn’t supportive for my fuller-chest.

The straps do not disconnect- so pulling the straps up and putting arms through is not easy. The dress is a step-into. I returned the dress - did not want to be in a public bathroom not being able to take it off and put back on during a hike. Sizing was accurate. Might repurchase on clearance since I would have to customize the straps.
