Yes, they make us say that but this is my honest review. Got the matching washer and pedestal unit too, so LG quality and design were important. This is a large capacity dryer with all the features you need from an electric one, it even has a water line for the steam function during drying if you need that for less wrinkling and odors (it works as advertised especially for those with stinky gym clothes - for those this is a must feature).

I love this dryer , it is quick and settings are wonderful. It’s very helpful that it has a pet care setting because I have a dog who sheds a lot it’s convenient for me to just toss her stuff in and not have to worry about it. I received this dryer with its matching front-loader washer and I could not be happier. The dryer is whisper quiet and looks and functions beautifully. We received this product yesterday with a matching washing machine and we absolutely love it. We specifically love it due to being a multi-pet household and this product having the option for pet care drying. Having this option gives us the opportunity to ensure our old towels and blankets are clean and dry and ready for use for our three dogs. We also downloaded the LG app to keep track of how long we have until our clothes are dry. This gives us more flexibility to do other things while the clothes dry. I already love this product so much!

I really like the stream option. Not sure why an appliance at this price point doesn't come with the required hose for that function or why it ships with a cheap plastic Y joint but the machine is nice.

Purchased this dryer a few weeks ag and I am sending it back. There are several things I don't care for about the machine. First, I don't like the cycle selection design. You have to turn a dial to find the cycle you want on the electronic screen. Second, I don't like the lint screen. It is hot to touch in between cycles, even though it tells you to clean the screen in between cycles and I find it more difficult to remove the lint than my old machine. Most important, it does not dry consistently. No matter what cycle I use, the clothing items/sheets, towels are completely damp when the cycle goes off or their are damp in spots and dry in others. No matter, I still have to turn on another cycle before they are completely dry. I do not overload the drum and I select the appropriate cycle for the items I am drying.
