Overall all the performance quality is high, the noise levels are low, and its design is sleek and modern.

The clothes also come out dry in not much time at all. I think the temperature control is more accurate, so important when you don't want to shrink some delicate garments. I can easily fit large loads of towels or even our king-size comforter, which has seriously cut down our laundry time. I also love the AI Sensor Dry feature, which automatically detects the moisture and weight of the load to prevent over-drying and save energy. It's reliable, efficient, and gets everything perfectly dry the first time. The sleek graphite steel finish looks amazing in my laundry room, too.

Positives: 1) Extremely Intuitive and Easy to Use - the control panel is very user friendly and it's easy to switch between different modes, temperatures, etc. I haven't needed to refer to the manual as it's very self-explanatory. 2) It's extremely quiet and dries well. I previously had a fairly old dryer and this is almost silent by comparison. I barely notice it running. I've also dried some larger loads (e.g., towels, blankets) and everything comes out really dry. 3) The cycle times are fairly quick, completing in around an hour. 4) The wifi feature is a huge plus for me, getting notifications when my drying cycle is complete. 5) Love the overall look of the dryer. It's very sleek and modern. Negatives: 1) The overall size of the dryer is pretty large so just make sure you have enough room. It fits in my current space although the door sticks out about 1 inch past the front of the dryer. 2) I wish you were able to change the direction that the door opens. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality, performance and overall look of this product. The delivery and installation experience was very positive as well. The delivery company was on time and installed everything quickly and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this product.
