There is a little info packet that can help with that if you have questions. The cords length isn't too big of a deal because it can go right up next to the battery. This is a must-have for any driver. Especially during cold weather!

Didn’t have any issues. It is very durable and the packaging was easy to open. It’s portable which makes it great for storing because it doesn’t take up a lot of room.

I just received the 4,000A jump starter today. I haven't used it yet, but so far, I like the looks and the display. It arrived charged to about 65% and I've had it plugged in to a 3.0A USB port for just over 4 hours and it finally just reached 100% charge. I think this takes a long time to charge and wish they would have included a 110v adapter with a 5.0A USB port. I don't know yet how many vehicle jump starts I can do on a fully charged battery, so I can't give a 5-star rating at this point. If it can only do one or two jumps and then have to wait 4-5 more hours to charge back to 100%, I would be very disappointed. If anyone can answer these concerns, I would be happy to hear. I will give an update once I can put it to use.
