I like the way the whole thing was handled. It was easy to order, it arrived all intact with great instructions, I love the way it fit the bed and has yet to be moved about on top of the bed, especially with the cover they provided. The quality of The material and the bed covering, it’s heaviness and ability to spring back to the original shape was very impressive.

Okay this was tough because I really did like the pillow as far as how nice it felt to hug and to lie on, but I have migraines and my neck can't be kinked when lying on a pillow and this pillow was just too full, so my neck kinked. If they had about 1/3 less filler in it, I would have been in love. If you don't have a problem with a full pillow, then absolutely, buy it!

We waited over two and a half months for this product. The whole process was disgusting with how the company handled it. We were upset that they had falsely advertised the processing and shipping timeframes and whenever we called for any type of update we were met with “we don’t know” The product once finally delivered 60 days past the promised timeframe is a good product, but buyer beware if you’re expecting your purchase in a timely fashion

I am a side sleeper. It has helped my shoulder pain but it’s hot. I have the Ghost Bed Luxe and it was a bit too hard. Of course, I didn’t come to that conclusion until after the return date. So we decided to purchase the mattress pad due to the cooling aspect that everyone raved about. That is not my experience at all. This runs hot.

I thought this may have helped my bed situation but it has not. I am so uncomfortable on the mattress and topper. I sleep hot on this which causes me to wake up numerous times a night. By back, hips and shoulder are killing me by the time I wake up that I hate when it’s time to go back to bed

I’ve ourchased ghost pillows in the past and they were made from a similar material as the ghost beds. This one seems more feather like, which was unexpected, but I still really enjoy the pillow. I also don’t feel like the pillow gets too hot at night. Overall very satisfied with the purchase!

This topper is great and turns an old spring mattress into a cloud. The memory foam topper has worked for me very well in a short amount of time regarding health issues with Sciatica. Recently, my husband and I were lucky enough to enjoy a 3-week beach vacation. Our GhostBed topper arrived barely a week before we left, and we loved it! During our first week away, my husband began to complain about his back and shoulder while I missed our comfy bed, too. By the end of week 3, we were really looking forward to sleeping in our own bed again. Thanks to GhostBed for making our return trip one of anticipation.

I did a lot of research before my purchase. I chose Ghostbed because of the depth of the mattress topper and the great reviews. Here is another great review. This thing is so super cool. It’s not flimsy or stupid. It gives support and an addition of coziness I really appreciate. One word of advice, be prepared to let it air out for at least 5 hours, more would be better. Brand new it will stink up your whole house. But once the smell is gone, it’s gone and all is well, and you can finally sleep again.

Had a bunch of questions on the topper and chatted with customer service. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I took the chance and ordered and have noticed a big difference in the past few weeks. Been sleeping more throughout the night and have not been waking up with sweats. Highly recommend.
