Very comfortable after a long day on one’s feet. The topper does not trap body heat and cause sweating like the previous one ( another brand) did. The protective cover is an added plus. I did not think the response to my inquiry on shipping status( sent on day 15) was super customer friendly- but the topper shipped that night so all’s well that ends well.

I was so excited about this pillow after reading all the good reviews but was disappointed. It is very soft and flattens very fast. I found that I have to fluff it several times at night. The inside of the pillow feels like it separated after just one week. Also it took nearly 3 weeks to receive it. Too bad I can't return it since there is nothing wrong with it "technically". Not for me.

We have now purchased two toppers. The first was for our camper to help with the very hard mattress. Since my wife indicated she sleeps better in the camper, we opted to get one for our home bed. My only disappointment has been the length of time it takes to receive it.

Finally arrived and placed it on my bed the first three days my knees aches more than ever before and I must say it is because the topper was so comfortable that I would just fall asleep and not move, it was so comfortable. I am a satisfied customer. The only bad part was the delay, delay, delay,etc. each time the staff of you company asked me to be patient and I am glad that I did.

The website heavily promotes a 101-day sleep guarantee, but that only applies to mattresses. The fact that this item is not returnable is buried deep in the FAQs. One must click on on an FAQ question just to learn that this is considered a "personal item" and that it is therefore not returnable. So, no 101-day sleep guarantee on this or any other mattress topper, just on mattresses. I bought this thinking that if I didn't like it, I could return it, but that is not at all the case. There was no flexibility on this even though I had no idea of this before I bought it.

This topper was so difficult to put on my bed that I almost sent it back. It took all of my strength and my husband’s to get it on. Also, after a month, there is already an indentation on the topper where I sleep and Im not that big. It tells you to turn it after a few weeks. There is no way to do that with a heavy Tempur-pedic mattress and this topper on top. If that Has to happen to keep it from having an indention then somebody needs to go back to the drawing board. I bought it to help with heat and it has done that but that’s about it. Way too expensive to have an indention in it in a month. Should Of put three stars instead of four

We have a Ghost cooling mattress and were hesitant to get the topper fearing we would be hot again like the Tempur-Pedic we had. So far after at least 30+ days of use that has not been the case. It added just enough cushion to make our Ghost Bed more like the plush softness of our Tempur-Pedic. Very pleased with Ghost so far. Good value and quality for the price point.

As a person who enjoys sleeping on her back and sides, it was getting near impossible to find a pillow that offered the level of comfort, support and coolness that I enjoy. Every pillow I tried (and I tried a lot) either lost its loft during the night and felt like a rock, or had me flipping it constantly trying to find a cool spot. The GhostBed huggable, snuggable faux down pillow, however, takes comfort to a whole new level. It stays soft, lofty, comfortable, and cool all night long. It’s the best pillow I’ve slept on in years!

The pillow everyone raves about basically has zero fill. As soon as I put my head on it, my head sinks all the way to the mattress. Zero support. It's as they forgot to put the fill in at all, it might as well be a pillow case! What an incredible rip-off for the price they charge.

I really enjoy down pillows, however there is nothing worse than being poked by a feather after finally falling asleep. These pillows feel just like a down minus being poked. They also sleep really cool. Was not a fan of the cover but that’s an easy fix. Would recommend and buy again.
