i dont know what material this is made out of but it has what seems to be a 3 stage cooling feature where the cover has a cooling side the pillow has a cooling side and when you mix and match you can get different levels of cool. These are a bit smaller than im used to but i have enjoying many good nights sleep on these and will continue to use them.

I had a previous foam pillow that was VERY hard (rock hard. If you got hit with it you would bruise -lol-). It was the only pillow that kept my neck aligned and kept it from hurting and giving me migraines. To my horror it was lost on a family vacation. Since then, sleep has been terrible. I have been trying to find another pillow for the past year, at this point I have purchased almost 10 pillows without relief. Foam pillows, shredded foam, down pillows, "high supportive" pillows, you name it. After finding Ghostpillow and seeing the reviews I gave it a go... again. When I took it out of the box and "smushed" it I felt it was too soft, with a lot of give. I thought there is no way it would be supportive enough for me. The pillow felt plush, not super solid like my last one, I knew it would not work. (I always wished I was one of those people that could sleep on those squishy soft pillows that felt like marshmallows, but I am not). Let me just say, I was just flat out wrong this time. I took it for a spin that night and was sold. My head did squish into the pillow, but then it stopped at just the right height to align my spine, no more, no less. It felt soft, like a marshmallow a bit, but it really was supportive. I was worried the pillow would flatten during the night and allow my head to drop at an angle, it didn't. It was my pillow miracle. I've had the pillow for many weeks now and I am very happy. I am sleeping well, no neck aches or migraines at all. It is just comfortable and supportive. I am sold on Ghostpillow, so much so that I have a second spare one in my closet "just in case" I lose this one I won't have to worry. I am not willing to go without a good pillow another night. After a year of my search, it is over.

Finally I can sleep peacefully again! My husband sleeps "normally," I on the other hand, sleep very hot and because of that I toss and turn quite a bit. But thanks to the new pillows I rarely move. It's just a cooling, peaceful, comfortable sleep. The cover feels so nice you just want to hug it. I'm so glad I found these. I also purchased the Memory Foam Pillow and love it just as much. Will be purchasing another 2 pack of the Shredded Memory Pillows as soon as I can. In addition, we also have the sheet sets and mattress protectors.

The pillow is great but I think it just needs to be slightly thinner for belly sleepers. My wife tried it and she couldn’t use it so I use the pillow. My first night was good but my second night I woke up with a stiff neck. Other than that it’s a decent well thought out pillow. Just thin it up a little and I think it will be perfect.

My husband & I are "senior citizens", purchased a Ghost Bed for our 45th Anniversary, along with the King size shredded pillows, well....best GIFT to ourselves ever. Through the years, we have tried "other pillows", but we are finally HAPPY.. we found our King split bed, and the cream on top is the pillows... Thank you for making this the best year to come. We have never ..slept better!!!

The pillow itself is very nice. Good form and very comfy. It’s been probably about a month though and it still smells like memory foam lol. No matter what I try I can’t get the smell out. If it wasn’t for that, it’d be 5 stars. Will keep trying because it is comfy!

Many things can make or break a great day, and so much of that starts with how you sleep. I work in a tough profession that is hard on my body, back and neck which means finding the right pillow is really important to me. If you have ever woken up with a stiff or sore neck I think you can agree with me. I feel like I am constantly on the hunt for the perfect pillow. Love my new pillow! I was constantly flipping and fluffing. No more! The pillow does not look that full, but with the memory foam and core it is perfect. Does not flatten through the night, just cradles your head. I am a side sleeper and would highly recommend! BTW...the cooling properties are great too. Just wished it came in a king size!

With my old mattress I preferred a bit shorter in height pillow. My new ghost bed seems to be taller in the middle and shorted on the edges. Not sure if it's a purposed design or design flaw. But when pairing the ghost pillow with ghost bed it matches perfectly.

I have never had a memory foam pillow before, so getting these was the most wonderful experience ever. I purchased 2 of the pillows, and I am so thrilled with them. My neck no longer hurts, and I feel like I am sinking into a cloud. Wonderful pillows and they keep you nice and cool as well.
