It is a pillow but..my neck hurts after using for a week. Would not recommend.

It’s you, pillow! Whatever they did to make this pillow, it was brilliant.

I have enjoyed this pillow, but I wish that it was a little thicker.

Does not cool, I still get overheated at night. and I have a stiff neck in the Am,

Since I am using the pillows I don’t wake up with no headache.

I have to say it worked well in keeping my head cool however it was too hard on my neck

Sleeping so well on this pillow! Stays cool and I don’t have to keep flipping it over in the night.
