Pillow is soft like down without the feathers shifting over time

These pillows are a must have and go along my my sons bed perfectly. He is a very happy camper.

Does have the cooling technology but giving 4 stars because it is not as firm as I like.

Since i begin use my ghostpillow i rest better, its like to hug a cloud.

Ghost pillow took care of me waking up with a sore neck. How I wake up feeling great.
