I had neck pain with previous pillows. This pillow alleviated the neck pain. I get really good sleep now.

Not as cool as I would like and smell is an issue. Needed to put on pretty thick pillow protectors for the smell.

This pillow is so comfortable and cooling!! I slept on this like a baby! Had a slight smell but nothing a wash can't fix.

I receive 2 free pillows with my mattress purchase. They a extremely small, smell horrible and not comfortable. They also aren't ghost pillows.
