Soft without being flimsy, thick enough for loads of neck support, and one of the best pillows I have experienced.

It does what you claim and cools my head and neck at night. I absolutely love it. I recommend it highly.

I bought my husband a pillow about a month ago. He loves it so much I had to bye myself one, so now we have two.

Quit using after two nights. Has neck pain. Pilow flattens out to thin. Only upside is before I shipped back my kiss got to them and they love them.

It has this really nice smell that helps me drift off to sleep almost immediately. Great support and helps keep me cool. Definitely would recommend
