I was looking for a comfortable, yet affordable side sleeper pillow. I took several online quizzes to find my best match and while several options were recommended, GhostPillow was by far the most consistent among my top matches. I thought it was time I to jump into the memory foam game and see if I was missing out. I don't think it supports my neck very well and I would say if anything it sleeps a bit hot compared to traditional pillows. I'm a back and side sleeper and I've woken up a few times with a sweaty neck, this has never happened to me before. This is the first memory foam pillow I've owned so I don't have much to compare it to in that arena. I'm trying to give it a few months to see if there is an adjustment period but I'm pretty sure I'm going back to a traditional pillow. As others have mentioned I also had to let it air out for 2 or 3 weeks before I could tolerate the smell.

I ordered 2 ghost pillow because I was in desperate need of a new pillow that did not flatten on me. I loved the hint of lavender and herb smell it came in and how it truly does not get hot at night now. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, both perfect in comfort and support. My mother even liked it so much that she wanted 2 for herself as a Mother's day present and than order 2 more as a birthday gift for one of her friend!

I love this pillow compared to my other pillow. This pillow has a cooling pad which keeps your head cool at night and disperses the heat away from you. I do sleep a lot better at night now with the pillow in addition to the new bed. I wish the pillow was a little bit longer though. I'd recommend this pillow to a friend.

We had high expectations for this bed based on a lot of reviews and unfortunately for us it did not work out. First the good, ordering was easy and processing & shipping was fast. The bed looks good and appears to be of good quality with no visible defects, setup was a breeze. The not so good for us is the bed is quite firm, not sure if it's by design or to lengthen breakdown life of the foam. The wife and myself are both side sleepers and this level of firmness leaves our shoulders and hips achy causing restless sleep seeking more comfortable positions. We have started the process of "returning" our GhostBed which after a fair bit of communication back and forth, means we need to find a local charity to donate the bed to.

At first, I wasn't sure I'd like it because it was so different from what I normally like. I normally prefer a pillow with no real form, down-filled, something that can be manipulated to the position I want without fighting against me to spring back into shape. The Ghost pillow doesn't really fit that description in that it's kind of like a big flat squishy cold memory foam brick. The odd thing is that it doesn't fight to go back to its preferred shape. I'm a stomach/side sleeper, and it supports that position well, but I've also noticed that it's helped me to begin back-sleeping more comfortably too. I can't really explain why. If you keep contact with i all night, it isn't "cooling" by itself, it is cold to the touch initially, but it will gradually warm up as it keeps contact with a warm body. The one negative I can say is the smell initially. My wife says it smelled like lavender, but it was really strong for a few days, then subsided.

This one is what I am really looking for. I have restful sleep, less headaches and less neck pain. The pillow shape looks like a butterfly, and the lower position in the middle of the pillow has a good support of my head, not too high or too low. So glad I found it! Besides, this pillow gave very good neck support for back and side sleeping. Absolutely I will give 5 stars. Will recommend to my friends.

i’ve bought maybe expensive memory foam pillows in the past, trying to find the most comfortable one. i saw the ghostbed pillow on groupon and read a bunch of reviews and decided to buy myself 2 of them haha. after the first night sleeping on it, i woke up with with absolutely no neck or back pain. it’s like i didn’t even realize that i was waking up with a little bit of pain all the previous days, until i slept on this. the first few days they smell kinda weird, but honestly i kinda liked it because for some reason.

I love that you can customize the amount of thickness by removing some of the insides. For me, I took out quite a bit, but my husband loves as they are. We like them better than the "My Pillow" we used before. They seem softer (smaller shreds inside), yet firm enough to cradle your head. We bought 3 sets so our guests can love them too!

Shipping was fast and efficient. The pillow feels great to the touch. As an active sleeper who goes to sleep kind of half on my side and half on my stomach, it was a little difficult to get used to, because I am used to a firmer memory foam pillow. Two weeks in, I still tend to switch out between the new faux down pillow and my old memory foam pillow, depending on the night, but it truly does feel like luxurious down and I will seriously consider outfitting my guest room with these
