This really works! When I feel a hot flash starting, I just turn the pillow over (works on either side) and it is instantly cool! Helps sooooo much!

The faux down pillow has no support, the pillow sinks down flat as soon as you put your head to the pillow.

This pillow is the best that there is made it's very comfortable it's not hot you can smash it up against your neck it's really good.

Usually bulky pillows cause me issues with neck pain. The shredded pillow is the exception to the norm for me. VERY comfortable!
