I have gone through many pillows, they all seem to fall flat shortly after purchase. I got a GhostPillow because the reviews seemed mostly positive. I was shocked when on my first morning I woke up without a headache, something that hadn't happened in so long that I thought it was just normal to wake up in pain. I can honestly say I've had some of the best sleep I've had in a long time with this pillow. Most nights I don't even remember putting my head down, it's like I get close to the pillow and it's lights out for me. I highly recommend this pillow, I am a back and side sleeper and have really enjoyed it.

I got the GhostPillow after doing some research online, and now have had it for about 3 weeks. Overall, the pillow has been great. It's comfortable and I haven't had any issues with it losing shape or going flat. A couple of things to note: if you use a pillow case with it, the cooling effect is significantly reduced. It still runs cooler than other pillows, but it's not cool to the touch like it is without a pillow case. Also, it took nearly 2 weeks for the smell to become tolerable, and even now, it still has a slight smell when I put my face into the pillow. This is expected, but just know that if you have a sensitive nose, you may not be able to sleep on it for a few weeks.

At first I couldn't use the pillow for 2-3 days. The smell was POTENT. The chemical smell was masked by a lavender scent which was nice at first until I started to realize the pillow was giving me headaches from the chemicals that were being hidden. The side of my face that was laying on the pillow also became red. At this point I tossed the GhostPillow into the closet and gave up on it. Fast forward to now a month later and I'm starting to feel like I can't imagine sleep without it! The smell has dissipated but still has a soft lavender scent. Also, the "cool side" is exactly that!! It can literally be hot in the room but when my face hits that cool side it's very cool. Now my only negative is that the pillow becomes borderline flat when resting my head on it which drops my head/neck down. I fixed this by placing the ghost pillow on another normal pillow! At first I didn't recommend, now i do!

I have been searching for a pillow for the past 15 years since I have had neck surgery that will support my head & neck & allow me to have a restful night of sleep. I am pleased to say, your pillow is the answer to my prayer! No longer do I get awake numerous times during the night with neck pain! I feel totally rested when I get up in the morning! I had difficulty finding a pillow with the right balance of softness and support. The Ghost pillow turned out to be the perfect level of fluffiness, providing comfort without causing any discomfort to my neck or ear during sleep. It's now my preferred pillow.

I have tried pillows of various sizes, shapes and materials over the years. The faux down GhostPillow is the only one that provides support and comfort and I don’t wake up with a sore neck. I intend to order another one. I highly recommend this product.

Very pleased with purchase. Shipping was fast and packaged well. Website was easy to navigate through. Product is of very high quality, well worth the price. Very comfortable and the ability to customize by adding or removing foam is a definite plus. Very happy with the pillows, now looking at ghost bed to upgrade from our old bed and mattress.

The pillow is definitely soft and comfortable. At times I find myself having to flip it or adjust the position because it flattens out as you sleep on it. Purchased the product with a Groupon and happy with the value. If I paid full price, I probably would not be happy with the performance.

I suffer from many physical ailments, stemming from injuries incurred while serving in the US Navy. I recently invested in my health by purchasing these pillows. Unfortunately they don’t relieve my pain the way I thought it would, the pillows are still placing my head on an extreme and painful angle. I don’t blame the pillow for this However, I may have to return because it just isn’t working out for me. There is nothing wrong with the product unfortunately it just doesn’t work for me.

I was a deal on Groupon for ghost bed. I'll admit I was skeptic about this pillow and the reviews. But I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I've recommend this to so many people and I take it with me even when I travel. Best pillow ever. Best lavender scent was a nice surprise and no more waking up with back/neck pains a must try!!!!
