I would not recommend this pillow to anyone under 140 lbs or someone who sleeps on their stomach. I'm 5'7 and 140. I am a side and stomach sleeper. My head never sinks enough into the pillow and my neck and shoulders hurt after using the pillow. In order to sleep on the ghostbed I need a softer pillow. I would have loved to trade it for the faux down but the pillow was not returnable. On the plus side the pillow stays cool and my boyfriend who is 6'1 and 176lbs the pillow is comfortable for him. So I guess recommendation would not be for those under 140 but could be a great pillow if you are 160 and above.

The very first night I got this I was so excited when I layed down it felt so nice then I woke in the middle of the night with the worst headache and neck cramp the pillow went flat. I tried it again one more night but Same thing happened, I ended up giving it to my 2 year old.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The pillow is very comfortable and I would highly recommend it to others. You will not be disappointed. As well as a quality product, I was extremely happy with the wonderful customer service I received. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I love the pillow but it smells of vicks or something similar... I dont mind it and my brother loves the smell so its just a preference thing... overall I give it four stars only for the smell but the comfort level is out of this world I absolutely love it!

I have a hard time sleeping at night and needed a pillow that kept me cool but also provided the right support. I love the ghost pillow because it stays cool throughout the night which is great for someone like me who constantly runs hot. The Pillow is also firm enough to support my neck, but very soft and comfortable and makes for a great night’s sleep. Apparently, my husband loves the pillow as well because he keeps stealing it from me, so I was forced to buy him one as well. It did have A funny scent at first but went away after airing it out for a day. I love these pillows so much that I’m even contemplating buying a ghost bed!

I am sleeping well with this pillow. I have had no neck or shoulder soreness using this pillow, it’s just firmer and a little higher than I expected. I do not notice any cooling factor to be completely honest and I was hoping for that hence the 3.5 instead of 5 star review.

I have trouble with my neck when sleeping. I wake up several times during the night with pains, cramping, and stiffness. I’ve been waking up with a sore neck and was tired of buying just an average pillow. After lots of searching and reading reviews I ended up purchasing a ghost pillow. Best choice I ever had made. Only flaw is i can’t buy a bigger size (would love a king size) but would definitely recommend this pillow !

I love it i think its first good pillow ever i found in america for the first time. I spend a lot of money on pillow because of neck injury. But this is the best one i ever bought ever so far. How ever i have some idea regarding modification of it if they can make it. Because i had neck injury and i did surgery on it so im very concern on my pillow.

I love this pillow, I'll honeslty never go back to regular style pillows. I've woken up with a sore back and sore neck with the regular style but with this one, I can say I haven't once had anything sore when I wake up. Also it stays cool throughout the night. Highly recommend.
