It's a little firm and taking awhile to get used to a good sleeping position. Still better than all my cheap pillows.

The mattress should take a lesson from these pillows. I don't have to fluff this in the middle of the night, very supportive, and cooling.

I had pretty high hopes based on the online reviews. This pillow did NOT have any cooling at all. Very disappointed.

The pillow is nice for back and side sleepers. It's way to soft for stomach sleepers. I wish they had one a bit firmer and lower profile.
