These pillows are extremely good at dissipating heat and supporting my neck at night. Some mild discomfort the first few nights but once I adjusted it has been smooth sailing.

We bought a Ghostbed before my hubbie had surgery on his leg. We were very pleased with how comfortable it was and I could roll over without the bed wiggling therefore not causing him pain.

I purchased this pillow after doing a substantial amount of research. I have been very happy with since I received it. It keeps very cool through the night and my neck is no longer stiff when I get up. This was a very good investment

They definitely do keep cool. Much cooler than 'normal' pillows. However, the slick texture makes it hard to keep a pillowcase on it sometimes. Still love them though.

Had crunching when moving my head, but it has gone since I started using this pillow. Matress really helped my back and the pillow my neck. Love this stuff!!

Best pillow ever! I have more more than 20 different pillows over the past few years and FINALLY found the right one. I look forward to going to bed and waking up refreshed. The pillow is very comfortable. I only wish it stayed cool longer.

I'm a side/stomach sleeper so I love the soft cooling fluff of the GhostPillow! Really like to wrap my arms around another pillow to help keep me on my side while sleeping and the firmness of the Memory Foam cooling pillow is amazing!

Took a few nights to get used to, but each night seemed better than the one before. Now, I'm totally comfortable, actually look forward to getting into bed :-) As an extra yahoo, the pillows are the best I've ever slept on!!

A friend of mine told me about the ghost pillow. I was skeptical at first and then took the plunge. After a few weeks of sleeping on them and how they conform to my neck, I was amazed. I sleep better and my neck no longer hurts when I wake up.

These pillows are great. My only suggestion would be that the "sides" of the pillow not be so steep, but rather more tapered, so that more of the pillow can be lower down on the neck and the head sits in the center of the pillow.
