I ordered a new mattress and 2 new pillows. The pillows are so comfortable. Your head molds right in them. Feels great. My only complain would be that I wish they were a little thicker. But that is just a preference thing.

It perfectly helps to unload neck pain. When I wake up in the morning, I don’t have a headache or neck pain. I started sleeping much better, and most importantly, I feel better when I wake up. Highly recommend!

My ghost pillow is amazing. I have had bad experiences with other pillows with neck pain and headaches. I tell you, when I received my Ghost pillow, I hadn't ever had a restless sleep.

The pillow is very comfortable but I have back problems so my body doesn't contour like most (metal rods in my back) so the pillow wasn't as supportive as I need. My boyfriend has one and swears it's the best pillow ever!

While it is comfortable, it is a little firmer than I wanted. What's more, I bought it expressly for the advertised feature that it would keep my head from feeling hot. It doesn't.

I was double charged and customer service was very helpful and resolved the issue immediately. I love the ghost pillows, they provide all the support and comfort I need for my neck and shoulders.

The customer service was much better than any of the other brands. I liked that it was well priced and delivered to the door. Overall though, it's just a bed, MUCH firmer than I like. It's like sleeping at a budget hotel.

I have slept on a firm foam pillow for years. This one is equally comfortable with regard to firmness with the added coolness I was looking for. I am quite pleased with the results.
