Pillow is a little more firm than I expected, but I'm getting uses to it. However, I am very disappointed that it does not stay cool as claimed...it is very hot. Not good.

Its a nice pillow. I like it. The only problem is the height of pillow is too high for those who dont like high rise pillows. Qualitywise its really good

I love these pillows, had to wait for the smell of manufacturing to dissipate (About a week) but the wait was well worth it. They are very comfortable and supportive, regardless of sleep position and contribute to a good night’s sleep.

The bed was a little hard for me. When I called they sent a mattress pad and now the bed is great! I love the ghost pillow! I've tried a lot of pillows and have now found my forever pillow!

Hard to describe what it feels like sleeping on a ghost pillow. If you could lay your head and fall asleep in lady liberty’s lap, or if America was a pillow. Kind of like that.

I love this pillow! So snuggly and soft. My neck hurts way less now, so it is so worth buying. Even better with the Ghost sheets pillowcase because it stays cool.

The pillow does have a very nice cooling effect however, it's just too thick and firm for me. Maybe if a family member could break it down for me then it would be perfect!

I like my ghost pillow. I bought my ghost pillow 2 months ago because I had back & neck pain after I tried Casper original for a week. I am glad I made the switch.

Had my doubts buying a bed untested at store. But since I have had it, I have slept alot better. Just the right amount of firmness. So far I am happy with it. Still in the trial period.
