I purchased the Flex with adjustable base and pillows. The mattress and pillows are firm. They do stay cool. I love all the different features of the base. It was a bit heavy. I had to get help getting it upstairs and put together.

The pillow is worth every dollar. I was having severe spasms in my neck until I got this pillow. I sleep so much better. Can't wait to get a mattress.

We love our new bed our sleep has been so much better it's comfortable easy to assemble the mattress is soft and we love the pillows if feels great to be able to adjust our different positions when we watch TV or sleep

My husband and I used to love the Ghost Pillows and then they changed. They aren't as supportive anymore and your head Sinks right in. Not as firm, very upset with the change in these pillows.

I have purchased tons of pillows over the years ... too soft, too firm, all foam, squishes down to nothing.... and this Ghostbed pillow has this "gel" feel to it - incredible! Not too soft, not too hard - I love it!

I highly recommend this pillow to everyone. Not only does it keep you cool at night, but I have woke up with ZERO neck pain/headaches since owning this pillow. One of the best pillows I have ever owned, and 100% worth the money.

The Ghost Pillow is like no other pillow I've ever tried. It is the perfect combination of support and softness. I don't know how you have done it but it's a winner in my book :)

I have yet to form an opinion as of yet. The pillow is okay, but in my opinion could be thicker. It has a tendency to flatten out a bit much, but when incorporated over another pillow, it is very comfortable.

I usually sleep with an extremely flat pillow so I was skeptical about the Ghost pillow. It took my body about 1 week to adjust, and now I will never go back to my flat pillow. Good work on the lavender. Almost my favorite part about the pillow.

First time in years I have not woken up sweaty. That alone is worth the cost. I wake up at the same time every morning without an alarm clock, something I have not done since the military.
