I ordered Flex model and I found it little soft for me, called Ghostbed asking to help with exchange to more firm style. It was really easy process. I had really great Chat session twice with an agent. They are very friendly, & knowledgeable. Only process took long was donation place took forever to pick up my mattress. So I had 2 mattresses for almost 10 days. Best part I was able to use both mattress to compare them. Refund/difference took longer then I expected. That’s the only small part I wasn’t happy but over all I’ll give 10 out of 10 on everything.

I no longer have any pressure point pain in my shoulders /hips- what a relief. i have had many sleepless nights for 4 years. The mattress is so soft/comfortable and absolutely no problem setting up. Easy-peasy! The first 3 nights it will take some time to adjust too. I love it and no more sleepless nights-I enjoy crawling in and snuggling in my bed. Thank you Ghost Mattress

I never could find a pillow made for side sleeping that was comfortable, not too firm, or didn’t lose its shape almost immediately. I get great support from this pillow while still being able to “squish” it like a soft down, and it returns to its original shape right away! I can tell a big difference in my neck pain while falling asleep, and I don’t have to worry about any allergens bothering my asthma. I officially love this pillow!

I got this pillow because it was included as a package when I bought my Luxe bed. The best way to describe this pillow, it’s like having that 5 star hotel pillow every single night at home. It not hard or super soft but it’s soft enough that your head is almost cradled perfectly by the pillow. On top of that it doesn’t make me feel hot. If you are going to buy a new mattress you need to buy this pillow In order to get the full experience.

I have tried several different pillows. I have never found one that has provided enough comfort for an entire night of sleep. At first I was hesitant because I didn’t need any more pillows in the closet. Both my wife and I are more than happy with the quality and comfort.

Easily the best pillow I have ever bought. I recently bought several "luxury" type (faux down-hypo-allergenic as well as foam) pillows looking to replicate the feel of the 5 star hotel pillow. This pillow has all the competition beat. Could have 6 stars if they were able to use the cooling cover of the "Ghost Pillow" but it is what it is.

Love these pillows...great blend of firm yet soft. Super easy transition from my previous pillow. One issue I had was the pillowcases sliding off. Once a put a pillow protector on it this issue was corrected but I no longer feel the coolness of the pillow due to the protector.

I was looking for cooler temperature pillow that wasn't too firm or too soft, this fit the bill. My wife on the other hand didn't like the smell. We tried to air it out for days, but it wasn't going away. I got used to the smell and it was slowly going away, but it's something to keep in mind with this pillow.

I have tried so many pillows over the years and I have to say this pillow is absolutely fantastic. I have neck problems and also suffer night sweats. This pillow stays cool and is so soft. Not once woken having to turn my pillow, I love it. I only ordered one to start because I have wasted so much money over the years on pillows. I wish I had ordered two. I have since ordered another two. I’m so glad I found this pillow!
