Great pillows. They have provided an opening inside the pillow so you can take out and/or add the shredded material based on your sleeping needs. The pillows work great with the ghost sheets.

I think it would be good for a back sleeper or even stomach sleeper. But, as a side sleeper, I found my head sunk and the lovely squish was gone. It’s a great pillow just not for me.

Quality made material and super comfortable. I like to sleep on my back and side. It is easy to adjust so that I can get enough support on my head and neck. It's also cool to the touch so it's not too hot while sleeping.

been using the ghost for about 3 weeks and I am really happy with it. I am not a small guy and the bed holds and cradles me great ( I am a side sleeper ) It is cooler than my old tempra pedic . The pillows are very comfortable too.

This is the best pillow I’ve had. It took a lot to get me to break down and order one but Ross, JT, and Dan told me to get one and it’s so worth every penny!
