At first , the internet page to order was not working so I was not able to order at first. I then found the # to the store and called. Customer service guy was awesome and was able to help me make my order. The process went well until Fed Ex deliver my package late. After, such a long period of waiting for my pillows. They finally were recovered I was happy to have ordered my pillows. It was nicely packed in a box and the feel when sleeping on them had made it well worth it. I am happy with my pillows.

Im Very particular about my pillows. I was worried at first as i was buying a pillow i couldnt touch but i am very happy with my purchase, im impressed by the comfort, and the cooling technology. I usually sleep with 2 pillows but now i only need ghostpillow!

Honestly I’d probably give the pillow 5 stars but it has such a strong chemical smell that my husband couldn’t use it for the first week and a half! We aired it out, blew a fan on it, and even wiped it down with a wet rag and a little detergent but it STILL SMELLS!! My husband has decided to give it a try anyway and loves the pillow. However the smell is still lingering and I believe it’s the cause of his headaches he’s been having for the last few days. I’ll be switching his Ghostpillow out for his old crappy pillow for a while until we can get the smell gone! Ughh

I am super picky about my pillows and I've been struggling to find a good pillow for the past year. I've dealt with severe neck pain constantly and from the first night I slept on my ghost pillow, I have stopped having pain in my neck and I have slept like a baby on both our ghost pillow and our new ghost bed. Thank you Ghost Team for making all my sleep dreams come true!!

I honestly didn't think this pillow would be that great. After just one night i was mighty impressed. I have had it for three weeks now,and absolutely love it. I sleep better, my neck feels better and I don't move as much during the night. this pillow perfectly cradles your neck and head. It may be their best product.

I have been waking up with neck pain most of the time I swap pillows and this might work for a couple of days then the pain is back so I decided to try the ghost pillow and I have to say I have used it for about a month now and no neck pain but it is also very comfortable most memory foam pillow's are too thick but ghost pillow is the perfect size and it does stay cool I do not flip the pillow any more during the night and I have only used the ghost pillow since I got it. One of the pillow's I had was a my pillow and this is much more comfortable. I sleep on my side and my stomach I hope this helps if you are thinking about trying the ghost pillow.

The memory foam ghost pillow is an absolutely amazing product. Before I used to use pillows that reminded me of a bunch of lumpy dirty t-shirts wrapped in another dirty t-shirt, but ghost pillow changed the pillow game forever. Instead of stacking several pillows to try and get comfortable, which led to chronic neck and back pain, one ghost pillow is all I need to nestle my melon on at night in perfect comfort and alignment of my spine (I am not a medical professional, all I know is my neck and back pain has drastically reduced to barely noticeable). The only reason that I took a star away is that the cooling action is quite as good as I felt I was led to believe in the advertising, however I am also not using their sheets/pillow cases. I bought the pillow as a test drive into their products, knowing that I need a new bed. Having used a ghost pillow for the past couple of months, I am extremely confident with investing more of my money in their products. Bottom line, sleep is critical to longevity. This simple pillow has increased the quality of my sleep (backed by my whoop strap data), which leads to more longevity down the road.

Absolutely LOVE the comfort and support of my Ghost Pillow. It seems to have some sort of “scent” that worries me. I tried airing it out for about a week before using it and it seems better( I have 2 pillow cases on it.) The overall comfort and deep sleep it affords me, keeps me from returning it.

After trying out 2 of what are to be considered the top pillow brands, I finally tried this pillow. My search is over, I’ve found the one! I have herniated discs in my cervical spine, so the importance of an excellent pillow is crucial for me. This pillow is extremely comfortable and doesn’t make me sweat. Others I've tried were either too high and didn’t have any give or too hot during the night. I also have the ghost Ed sheets, which are absolutely amazing and go perfectly with my new pillow. I have severe neck problems from two separate instances of whiplash and this is the first time in 35 years I have woken up without neck pain and the inevitable headaches that go with it. I also love the fact that the pillows don't get hot (even when I had a high fever from the flu!) and was very surprised by the lovely lavender scent. I honestly can't stand lavender but this scent is fresh and adds a soothing quality to the pillows. Even my dogs love it!! I hope to get the mattress soon too in order to help my lower back issues, I figure that if the pillows are this good, the mattress HAS to be even better!
