A lot of people talk about it being cool at night , mine seems to only be cool for 5 minutes and then is just hot , I can't use a cover on it then I don't feel any cooling , which is uncomfortable for me due to my sensitive skin , which gets irritated by the ghost pillow logo embroidered largely on the protector. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone just to be able to return the pillow.

I ordered 2 ghost pillow because I was in desperate need of a new pillow that did not flatten on me. I loved the hint of lavender and herb smell it came in and how it truly does not get hot at night now. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, both perfect in comfort and support. My mother even liked it so much that she wanted 2 for herself as a Mother's day present and than order 2 more as a birthday gift for one of her friend!

I was having neck pain from having to stack old pillows that have flattened over time. I've tried cheap pillows and pricey pillows. After a ton of research online from various review websites, I was down to the GhostPillow and another pillow. Sadly, i went with that other pillow first, and it was awful. And they didn't offer free returns or trial periods. So I finally went back to my notes and decided to give GhostPillow a try (the 100 night trial period was a big plus). Turns out, I freaking loved my GhostPillow. My head is cushioned, my neck is aligned (I'm a big guy). My sleep has been incredible. It feels like resting your head on bread dough. Bravo, guys, bravo!

This pillow is a great upgrade from what we had. We were just using basic cheap pillows before we ordered our ghost bed. But this pillow makes a huge difference in the quality of sleep we get. I would definitely recommend the pillows to anyone who is still on the fence about it!

This one is what I am really looking for. I have restful sleep, less headaches and less neck pain. The pillow shape looks like a butterfly, and the lower position in the middle of the pillow has a good support of my head, not too high or too low. So glad I found it! Besides, this pillow gave very good neck support for back and side sleeping. Absolutely I will give 5 stars. Will recommend to my friends.

I love my ghostbed so much I got three pillows free. The pillows are so nice I bought two more! I'm 25 and never have had a bed that when I sink into it ever so slightly feels this comfortable. Love these products! Thank you for improving my sleep outrageously ghostbed!

This pillow does as advertised: it's quite a bit cooler than any "memory foam" products I've tried before. For anyone who likes sleeping cooler, it's a very comfortable way to fall asleep. If I had to critique it, I'd say it gets a bit flat by morning. It progressively gets more dense as you leave your weight on it and has a pretty long "memory" or restorative period. For side sleepers, it can be a bit annoying to have the pillow be half as thick in the morning as it was at night.

First few nights I would wake up with a stiff back, as to be expected with most any new bed. We are now a month in and we both love ours. I don’t remember the last time I slept so well! Before our ghost bed we had just a regular Serta pillow top that went to crap in a year or so. We stuck it out for 4 years then just wanted something new.

I needed a cooling pillow because I am a hot sleeper. I have the heat tolerance of a 2013 laptop. I’ve tried several different brands but they were always too stiff or didn’t cool anything. Decided to try the Ghost pillow and I’m gonna be 100% honest, I wasn’t loving it at first. It cooled just like I wanted but laying on it hurt my neck. After a few days it went away and then I realized, it was hurting because Ghost Pillow was actually adjusting my body to it. I had have to break in the pillow, it had to fix me. Sleeping like a baby with less headaches and a dry pillow.

The pillows are fairly comfortable and supportive. I want to see how well they hold up over time, though. The pillows are crazy pricey. There is a huge "ghostbed" logo stitched into the front of the pillow cover. That was a terrible design decision. Even when I add an extra pillow case, I have to sleep on the non-logo side. That is unfortunate because I like the dimples on that side (the same sort of dimples on the mattress itself. It would be nice to see a body pillow from ghostbed.
