We purchased this watch for my 11.5 yr old to have in place of a phone. It's great ... when it works. We pay for the cellular plan but the connection is always lost.

It's a good watch besides the battery don't last that long and the silicone watch band hurts my wrist

We purchased this to use with our younger kids. It works as you would expect from an Apple product. It is a good way to keep in touch with them. They are loving them as well.

AI and operator difficult to hear. Multiple wait times call disconnected. Repeating myself. It is a nightmare to work with at and t. Used to be so good. And then not helpful

The Battery Life is horrible and doesn't last for a dime. Legit my watch is charging more during the day than on me. Taking it back to apple has to be defective.

It is a great watch with many added features, to help manage my day to day responsibilities.

Its work like expected not a big screen for people with big fingers

I like everything except having to charge it daily.
