I read each of the reviews posted and did a lot of research before my purchase. It seemed a lot of people thought the mattress protector was life changing for their sleep. I would definitely say the cooling feature works for the most part; however, comfort wise the topper is average. Our mattress is a year old and just wasn’t as comfortable as when we bought it. I have back and neck problems after my surgery at 15 years old. I’m 30 now and I need a comfortable bed for a good night sleep. I’m a little disappointed this mattress topper isn’t as comfortable as our bed when it was brand new or life changing comfort like some reviewers said. If you are just looking for a little more comfort and the cooling feature give this a try, but if you are looking for more comfort I’d keep looking.

My husband and I bought this for his parents as a Christmas gift. They have always had trouble sleeping, rarely getting a full nights rest. My mother in law called me the next day after putting it on their bed and said, “ you’ll never believe this, but we got a full 8 hrs of sleep!” They really, really like it!

Great pillow. Could not find the exact replacement for a pillow I’ve had for 5 or so years. I looked and looked. I read a lot of reviews. Finally decided on the ghost pillow. Glad I did. I’m a back sleeper and don’t like a thick pillow and this is perfect.

Installed the mattress topper. I am a side sleeper and I liked the comfort and results. However, my wife is a belly sleeper and was miserable. The topper reverse aching her back. We tried several nights and she could not adapt. So, I had to remove. You need to make a half and half option.

This topper didn't seem to help my hip pain, actually it made my hips feel much worse after using it, and it's been a few weeks now, no better....It may be due to the cooling cover, as it fits rather tightly? Other gel toppers, (I've had 4, plus a few more for my extra bedrooms), have worked much better for me and my company in the past. This one is firmer, possibly due to the cover... My husband likes this one better because it's definitely more firm, I do not, and have had to resort to using my old gel topper on top of this one. It makes our bed look ridiculous since my half is higher than my husbands. He doesn't want thicker gel on his side. I'm very Disappointed in this topper, since it was much more expensive than all others I bought in the past. I gave my feedback to the company asking for their help, maybe there is something better they can offer, but haven't yet heard back, except they would like me to compete a survey? If you have hip or joint problems, I would not recommend. Or, if you would like your mattress to be softer like most gel toppers will provide, again, I'd try a different one, maybe one of Amazon's choices, they have always worked well for me. My other topper was working just fine and was fairly new, but I ordered this one because one of the reviewers said it felt helped their hips.... And I thought, if it costs more, maybe it'll be even better? ...not so for me... Perhaps their hip problems are different than mine.

I am thoroughly enjoying my ghost bed mattress topper. It took a while to get here but it has really helped me sleep better. I have chronic back pain and it had become very difficult to get comfortable and I was waking up many times during the night. This mattress topper has really improved my sleep habits

Both my husband and I have bad necks. I think the pillow is working for me. My husband thinks it may be a bit to fluffy? We are not sure. We have to give them some time and see. I have to say that we were not sure when the pillows would arrive and to our horror they arrived and my dogs proceeded to rip apart the package and got at the pillows. One just got a bit dirty which was no big deal but the other they actually ripped into the seam and some of the stuffing came out. I stuffed it back in and sewed up the seam. Then I washed it. The washed pillow is the one my husband is using so that is why we are waiting to see. It came out quite fluffy. I love my ghostbed. My pillow is pretty good. I do like it.

I think the mattress topper is very comfortable. Unfortunately even with the cooling cover it makes me sweat at night. Also the cooling cover is slick so our sheets don’t stay on. We kept it because it is comfortable. We bought some clips to keep the sheets on and I sleep with the fan on now.

My husband convinced me to buy a mattress topper, that I’d sleep better and feel better in the morning. I honestly didn’t believe him. So I thought I’d give it a try. Anything to get a little more sleep and feel better. What a HUGE difference it has made!!! It is super soft and comfy. I do sleep better and I can get out of bed in the morning without all my lower back pain and achy hips. Yes, all the wonderful things that come with old age. I did research before purchasing a topper and this brand met almost all the criteria I was looking for. So I highly recommend this for a much better night’s rest and the wonderful feeling of being pain free in the morning. What better way to start the day.

The pillow is great if you sleep in a bed. It did not work well if you sleep in a recliner. Does not give the "wrap-around" neck support I was looking for. Wish the company would make something that works for people who have to sleep partially sitting up and not straight flat, in a recliner.
