Shipping was fast and efficient. The pillow feels great to the touch. As an active sleeper who goes to sleep kind of half on my side and half on my stomach, it was a little difficult to get used to, because I am used to a firmer memory foam pillow. Two weeks in, I still tend to switch out between the new faux down pillow and my old memory foam pillow, depending on the night, but it truly does feel like luxurious down and I will seriously consider outfitting my guest room with these

I’m new to weighted blankets. I decided to try this one since I recently purchased a GhostBed Flex Mattress and I love it especially because of the cooling effect. For me, the cooling effect is not persistent but I will be keeping as I also use my ceiling fan. Maybe once I get cooling sheets, it will help sustain the coolness. I’m still keeping use to the weight but you do feel tucked in☺️

My wife had back surgery about 10 years ago and was having trouble with our new mattress (purchased at a different store). I purchased the GhostBed Topper to see if it would help relieve some of her back pain. This is the second topper that we tried. Luckily it did the trick. She sleeps well on it and wakes up pain free. I would definitely recommend this topper to anyone who has back pain issues or just wants a comfortable nights sleep.

I researched as many brands of toppers I could and decided on the GhostBed topper for my wife and I. Really loved the different sections of the topper and what they did. Ordering was easy, and we received in a few days. I opened and let it expand, while I was doing other things. When I went back to look at it, it looked nothing like what was described, not even close. I called in and was told to send pictures including the tag from the topper cover and it would go to their warranty department. Almost a week went by with no response so I called and was told the warranty department denied my "claim" and said the topper could be slightly different based on where is was made. So I would not be receiving a refund. I didn't want a refund, just the topper to be correct. I totally get "slightly" but what I got was nowhere close. It's like ordering a pair of khaki pants, knowing you might get a version of khaki but getting a pair of black pants instead! I am extremely disappointed in this product and how it is shown and what I received. I'm not one to make a fuss out of things but this really has irritated me. I know the company doesn't care, and that's fine, but it's very poor business. They could have made me one of those people who praised their product but instead, do not buy it. See the pictures I have attached and make your own conclusions. Clearly not even in the same ball park from what i got and what they represent.

I was looking for a pillow that keeps my head from sweating. While the Ghost Pillow doesn’t feel cool to the touch as some other “cooling pillows” might, it absolutely does its job! I get a comfortable night’s sleep and the faux down is wonderfully soft while still maintaining proper firmness. Great pillow!

After trying a couple other brands of mattress toppers without satisfaction, the Ghostbed memory gel foam topper is all that is advertised, and all we hoped for. It provides true comfort along with the support needed. In addition, it really does sleep much cooler than memory foam alone. I’m a 70 year old side sleeper with surgically repaired shoulders. Thankfully, I can now sleep through the night without waking up with pain & discomfort. My wife is a back sleeper and loves this topper. Thanks for a great product!

We were very disappointed in the time it took to deliver it. It was a 40 Days after we placed the order that we received it. The customer service had a quick response time when we requested updates on the order. But everything else was phenomenal. Sleeping much better at night and my back pain has significantly decreased. I would recommend their topper to anyone.

Spent so much money on pillows the last couple of years and was sick of it! Broke down and finally decided to try out these Ghost Pillows. These are so soft (but head doesn't sink all the way down), it cradles your neck and head. Been sleeping on these for a few weeks now and going to get a couple more! I also ordered the Shredded Memory Foam ones but they were too stiff and not very comfortable so I gave them to a family member. These Faux Down ones are perfect.

We’ve been searching for a pillow that would help alleviate my husband’s back and neck issues and each time we met with a ‘meh’ experience until the Ghostbed Faux Down. He loves it! Sleeps so well and no morning neck pain. I’m now going to buy one for me :-)
