Arrival was piecemeal reportedly due to covid. Everything arrived in good condition. Was easily set up (clear instructions) as we ordered the split king. The adjustable bases were 99% assembled. Took less than 10 minutes apiece to set up. Everything else was straight forward. The mattresses are excellent. They are comfortable while also being very supportive. Have had the bed about a month. Happy so far.

They say a bad start makes for a good finish and I can attest to that! After several delivery glitches my bed and frame arrived. The white glove fellows installed it and it is wonderful! The base has lots of settings that I probably won’t use but the most important ones are the head and foot elevation. As an aging adult, it will get lots of use. The mattress is soft, has some memory foam but is also flexible ( I don’t feel trapped in one position). I am a side sleeper and it works great for me! My wife had back surgery about 10 years ago and was having trouble with our new mattress (purchased at a different store). I purchased the GhostBed Topper to see if it would help relieve some of her back pain. This is the second topper that we tried. Luckily it did the trick. She sleeps well on it and wakes up pain free. I would definitely recommend this topper to anyone who has back pain issues or just wants a comfortable nights sleep.

The GhostBed memory foam topper is a great and cost-effective way of getting new life out of your mattress. The foam is not too firm or too squishy, and the cover is very cool to the touch. My only complaint is that the topper is slightly too small for my bed (the edges do not entirely reach the edges of my mattress). Otherwise, great product!

the bed has some good benefits however the mattresses on my split king are constantly sliding off of the bases & they're heavy to move back into position. also the bars that help keep the mattress from sliding off completely; occasionally falls off & that is also not easy to maneuver back in place when one has back problems.

I thought the bed said it hugs your body. I thought maybe it would take a couple days to have the mattress fully expand. I got the bed because the reviews looked good. I ordered the bed on a Sunday it said 2-5 days shipping. It came 9 days later. Then I didn’t get the mattress cover for a additional 4 days. I am having surgery this Thursday and now am stressing out because the bed is to stiff. My body has been sore every day I wake up. I think I need to call and have my mattress changed to something softer. I am just wondering how I can do this before Thursday because I won’t be able to lift anything heavy after that.

Well after waiting for each piece to come in. We set it up and wow! No more snoring husband and relief from my reflux. The fact that we have our own control fabulous. The massage aspect is wonderful. The USB ports are positioned just right and the lights underneath the bed are perfect for my husband getting up at night. We had a Sleep number bed for 17 years and this is like owning a Cadillac now. Setup was super easy too. Thank you. My only complaint was the fact that it didn’t come as one shipment, sheets first then a few days later the base and week and a half the mattresses.

I was nervous about ordering this bed one because it was online and I couldn't feel it first also because I had never heard of this company. We love it though, the split king is perfect since my boyfriend has to sleep sitting up due to acid reflux (helps his snoring too) The firmness level is exactly what I wanted. Glad I purchased

The Bed is Great, I had no problem with getting used to it at all. My wife took a few days but she thinks its great as well. However both bed bases showed up within a week but I still didn’t have the mattresses or pillows and sheets? Finally received the mattresses a week later but still no pillows or sheets? Pillows showed up but had 4 of the same ? Supposed to have 2 small 2 larger? Sheets showed up over a month later after many Emails back and forth? Still working on the pillows? After all is said and done we are getting a good nights sleep!!!

Purchased the bed for my mother, for her medical issues. She likes it a lot, still learning new things about the bed's functions. The matress is perfect for her and she sleeps comfortablely. The only issues is it too high with the 12" legs, will be puchasing the 6" legs.
