While I LOVE this base, I recommend you have help when you move this into your home. It is quite heavy. Assembly was quick and easy. I did not enjoy the excessively long wait for it to ship. A week after order, we got an email saying it shipped. A few days later we received, not the base, but the mattress itself. Then we were told shipping the base would take longer due to COVID-19. That was all fine. Another email came saying base shipped. We received instead, our shredded pillows. Again, we received another email, this time stating that the base was on backorder. In all, it took two months after the time we received our mattress go get our base.

I ordered this bed with little knowledge of the Ghostbed Company. My decisions were based off the reviews of others and they were correct when they said I'd love the bed.. When the bed came it was way more than I expected. The adjustable bases had way more features than I thought. The mattresses are just the right firmness and my shoulders do not hurt when I get up in the morning. Thank you Ghostbed!! It's amazing to get a good night's rest

Ordered our ghost bed while talking to a friend and as we had a sleep number on order. So glad we decided to switch. The luxe mattress is more comfortable than any of the sleep number mattress we tested. We went with the split king with the adjustable base and love it. The base on our ghost bed has more options and was easy to install. Our entire purchase arrived in less than a week and took less than 30 minutes to setup everything. Best bed for the price, it won’t disappoint!

This bed is amazing. We were worried about purchasing a bad online but with the sleep trial period we made the decision to get it based off reviews and ratings. We have not been disappointed. The mattress is wonderful, and the adjustable base is incredible. I highly recommend this combination. The shredded pillow was a hit as well. Setup was incredibly easy as well.

We were very disappointed in the time it took to deliver it. It was a 40 Days after we placed the order that we received it. The customer service had a quick response time when we requested updates on the order. But everything else was phenomenal. Sleeping much better at night and my back pain has significantly decreased. I would recommend their topper to anyone.

I have liked this bed set for the most part. I love the different features and settings it has. The biggest drawback is that each mattress moves during the night, which creates a gap in the middle of the bed. The mattresses have to be pushed back into place every morning.

Purchased the 2 twins king sized adjustable bed. Sales person said installation was simply plugging it in. NOT!! I hired someone and it took a couple of hours....just so you know. So far the bed is okay.....a part of me wonders is it's a bit firm, but then I have a bad back so know too soft won't work for me. I am on the fence. I like the fitted bottom sheets -- the top sheet for this king split isn't really wide enough to cover 2 people.......they need to add at least another 12 inches to the width. Bought the pillows. They are thick-- you can take foam pieces out until you get it like you want it. I like the massage feature on the bed. And adjustments.

Life changing. I don’t know how else to describe it. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have found that with the ability to adjust the bed in combination with the cooling features of the mattress, I no longer have night sweats and I sleep pretty much all through the night. The setup was a breeze. No issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this bed to anyone who looking to improve the quality of their sleep and oh by the way, we also bought the sheet set and I am so happy we did. All I can say is so soft and comfortable.

TL;DR pillows are great, sheets are nice though ugly, the features of the adjustable bed are useful. I bought this bed because I happened to need an entire frame, and I sleep hot and enjoy firm mattresses, so the idea of a brand that tended to cater to that appealed to me. The ordering process was good. I ordered, and almost everything showed up a few days later to my door. Note: They forgot to send me sheets, so I emailed support and got them a few weeks later. That was the one unideal part of shopping and ordering. Setting up the bed was relatively straightforward. Like most movable/mechanical things the frame was involved to set up, but that's fine. The pillows are the highlights to me, they are incredibly comfortable and I've been looking for comfortable head-supporting pillows for a while. I really enjoy how cool and soft they are. I really do enjoy the sheets in terms of how they fit and how cold they are to the touch. The downside of them is that they are incredibly ugly, looking like hospital bed with their plastic feel and their cold touch. I wish they would have a designer line, or some warm bright colours. I have been enjoying the frame, the reading position, the zero-g position. The massage mode is nice once in a while although I wouldn't highlight it. The mattress does slide into weird positions as the bed moves up and down, this frame could do with more guide rails. The mattress itself (original mattress) is good. I don't feel hot in it, and I don't feel trapped in it. It feels good to sleep on my back on it. I am not a side sleeper so it doesn't matter to me but I do notice my hips and shoulders digging in a bit when I am in that position. I am not an expert mattress reviewer, but I will say that I have slept better on this new mattress, sleeping more regularly and waking up feeling better, than my old crappy mattress.
