I bought a topper for a mattress I had made for my RV. I am happy to say that the topper made a comfortable mattress a lot more comfortable. I would recommend one. The process of buying the topper was easy and smooth. I appreciate their professionalism.

My wife and I decided we needed a mattress topper and after our research we chose the GhostBed Memory foam topper. When our topper arrived after several months (due to COVID), we were very excited; however, the topper did not work out. It is advertised as cool and firm but for us it slept hot and soft. Neither of us slept well and our backs became sore. We decided we would return it, however GhostBed responded that due to federal law they could not refund our money (toppers are considered personal use items). OK, it's my bad for not reading the fine print (only mattresses can be returned). Most reputable companies provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their products, so I was really surprised and frustrated when my request to return the topper was denied. Just make sure you review the fine print and are 100% sure the GhostBed topper is right for you. Unfortunately, there is no way to try it out without buying it. So the risk is all on the consumer.

It's nice, but I have a nectar that is just as comfortable. Both the lux and the nectar, are on the firm side. takes a few nights to get used to but they are nice once you do. Neither mattresses have any noticeable memory foam feel to them. We are keeping it to see if it is good in the summer like they say. If it were not for that we might return it and get the cheaper Nectar. I keep our room cool which may effect firmness. Overall am happy with the purchase, Not likely to change.

Remote feature is an asset. The only problem is that we fall asleep with it in the bed and roll over on it! There is not a handy place to put it as when the head of the bed is elevated, we cannot reach the bedside tables at the head of the bed. We will have to "invent" a remote control location station somewhere at the headboard.

When we assembled the Ghostbed we were thrilled that it fit within our existing queen size frame, so there was no visual change to our bedroom. One slight issue. With the standard legs the Ghostbed was slightly higher than our original bed. When we received and easily replaced the 6" legs the height of the bed was perfect. And much easier for our required Personal Support Workers to make and handle our limitations. They love it.

Purchased the Twin XL Split King bed which came with 12' base legs however, my pups had difficulty getting on and off even with their soft pet steps. I was thrilled to see Ghost bed offers the shorter legs. These new shorter legs with the pet steps work like a charm and my pups love love love the new bed.

My wife and I are so glad we bought this bed. I have had 10 back surgeries and my wife is a cancer survivor. We have been married for almost 35 years and we were not able to sleep together because of my back, but now we can. We are very happy with the bed and the delivery and setup process as well.

We switched from an older Sleep Number that we had added a tempur-pedic and cooling layer. We loved it but needed an adjustable bed due to back issues. The Ghostbed's affordability made it easy to switch. It did take a few days to get used to the Flex since it's more firm than our previous multi layers, but we're both sleeping more deeply and longer. We love the split adjustment for reading or relaxing.

no complain here, very satisfied. my husband had a problem with our old mattress. because of his back problem, since he's been sleeping on our new bed, he's more comfortable and no complaints, i can't say that he's pain went away, but he has no complain about our new mattress. Yvette

The split king was probably not the best choice. The gap tends to spread apart I think a velcro strap in the middle and on the bottom of the mattress would keep the mattresses together and yet come apart when needed. A firmer mattress might have been a better choice to. I would have sent them back but I threw away the boxes they came in. We secured the bases together with zip ties which helped and added a heated mattress pad.
