I love it I have no trouble sleeping and I like a firm mattress. The reason I purchased the adjustable bed was for a leg injury in 2019 and I found myself requiring to elevate my right leg to avoid swelling in the ankle. Sleeping with a pillow caused me to sleep abnormally hurting my back, zero gravity mode allows me to elevate the leg and not worry in what position I am in, either side or back. My ankle does not swell any longer.

I have DDD, arthritis, neuropathy and this bed has made a difference! The adjustment of position and vibration is fantastic. If I’m hurting and hubby is snoring, I just keep the vibration going until I fall asleep. If I’m snoring, he turns on his vibration which is enough to go to sleep.

We are loving this new bed. I upgraded the mattress and was a little concerned it might be too soft, but not at all. Doesn’t feel all that foam-like to me. It’s just all really comfortable. I don’t love the massage, but the light underneath the bed really does come in handy as do the USB ports.

We got the Ghost Bed Mattress topper for our guest bed because we had not bought the best mattress. I had to sleep on the guest bed after the mattress topper was on it and it made such a difference that we are ordering another one for our bed. I have a hip issue and it cushions your hip and feels so much better.

We got the Ghostbed after having backaches on our expensive conventional mattress. I would wake up early and have to get out of bed from terrible backaches. The Ghostbed was our last resort. Setup was a breeze. The adjustable base is the way to go. The remote and features are top notch. Would highly recommend. Whisper quiet operation. With the king bed you get two twin xl frames so u can go split mattress or 1 piece and easy sync both bases. Very convenient. Very easy to install. The under bed lighting is awesome. Great investment.

I have been very pleased with our bed. Though very comfortable and supportive without the adjustable base, I am so happy that I added the adjustable base. Sleep has been wonderful since it arrived. Also love the sheets and how they stay even when adjusting the settings.

Amazing product! I was skeptical of the features, especially the massage at first, but the adjustments and massage gets used every single day. Being able to eat, watch tv, write, at different settings has been better than I imagined and its great with my girlfriend. Every now and then the massage vibrates something that causes a rattle, but its not terrible. I'm also not sure I can blame it only on the bed. I would highly recommend this, the Luxe mattress is also great. I was worried it was too squishy after putting my hand on it, but when you lie down, its very even and supporting.

I bought the adjustable base combo and am currently a little over 60 days in to the trail and have already contacted CS for a remedy. So here goes... Delivery: Received the mattress two days before the base. Both are heavy, but with two people can be easily set up with no problems. Was able to sleep on the mattress the same night with no weird smell. Base: The instruction manual was easy to read and understand. Also describes all the functions and features. The included USB ports are nice, but charge super slow so I opted for my normal chargers for devices. It also slides, a lot! So make sure you also invest in the brackets to keep the base in place. The primary con for me in regard to base is that the anti-snore function worked for about two weeks and then stopped. Have to manually adjust to that setting. Further, the vibration patterns go all wonky every now and then. Mattress: I opted for original ghost bed, and height is a bit lower than my old mattress. The sides droop down when sitting on the edge, so it feels as if you'll slide right off when putting on shoes. The firmness is good, but my husband and I both wake with back pain that is typically worse than it was. That claim was my primary motivation for purchasing in the first place. Mattress needs to conform to base adjustment still as certain positions leave gaps between the base and mattress. Returns: you can return/replace the matress within the trial period. However, base purchases are final. If you choose to upgrade the matress, hen your trial is complete and you're stuck with the new one for better or worse. Customer service is excellent, however, I wanted another couple days to discuss whether to fully upgrade or just return the matress and go with a different brand. Was told than fine and made an appointment for a follow-up. That was mine days ago, with no emails or calls from the company since. This is not the first bed that I have purchased online, but now my advice is to go into a physical store and try any mattress that catches your eye or matches your criteria for a new bed. For the price, I want to be sure that a mattress will meet my needs and I'll not be stuck with a bed that promises one thing but doesn't deliver. I was hoping my experience would be much better.
