I already had a memory foam king sized mattress so all I needed was the adjustable base. I ordered it on line on Monday and received it on Thursday. My son & grandson put the frame together on Saturday and I was enjoying it on Saturday night. Had no problems putting the frame together nor any problems syncing the two sides to operate the entire king mattress I am very pleased with the final product and give the whole process a 5 star rating.

Mattress pad still has a smell to it even after a month. Also it does not breathe as advertised. Additionally it took two months after placing the order to receive the mattress pad and our credit card was charged when it was ordered not when it shipped. Disappointed in the purchase.

The GhostBed topper was purchased to replace one that I purchased at the mattress store and no longer seemed to be cooling. In the old toppers defense I am one of those folks who (once asleep) don't move, so although I noticed it was still cooling on the edges, the center wasn't as comfortable. I was drawn to Ghostbed because it stays put under the mattress cover and claimed to keep me cool on the memory foam mattress. It performs as advertised stays put and makes making the bed much easier than the previous topper. Time will tell if it eventually disappoints like the previous one, but for now I am satisfied, had it been less expensive I'd be thrilled, hence the 4 star and not 5.

I absolutely love my bed with the adjustable base!! The ghostbed mattress is so comfortable and helps ease my back pain. Since I purchased the bed i have felt more relaxed, less pain, and reduced swelling in my ankles. I enjoy being able to use the extra features such as the massage and the light under the bed to see at night without turning the bedroom light on. The installation was pretty easy but takes two people because the base is heavy. When I first received the mattress i was skeptical because it looked thin but once i cut open the plastic it inflated to normal size and is very comfortable. Only concern i have was i thought there was a cooling technology within the mattress because i get hot flashes every night and have to sleep with the fan on but other than that it is great. Thank you!!

I'd get this for the adjustments, nothing else. The massage stuff is pretty weak, more like vibrations, and they only put an LED strip down the bottom half of the base, which seems incredibly cheap and disingenuous given all the photos I see show illumination across the length of the base.

We purchased this bed as an upgrade from a old split king we were using. Setup was a breeze. The mattress is supportive and comfortable. The foundation has a sleek profile The added features like under bed lighting USB ports and massage make the value even better. I would highly recommend GhostBed.

I enjoy the comfort and support that I get when I lay my head / neck from the ghostbed pillows. My mattress and adjustable base was a easy installation! I was able to get everything from lights, Massage and remote working. However the base was heavy to remove and pick up.

Avoid Ghostbed. They advertise products are in stock. When your items dont show up, you call them, they give you BS delays. Well, when our mattresses finally arrived three weeks late, we discovered the mattress tags indicated they were constructed weeks after we placed the order!! After finally getting it here and set up, the products are good. They will tell you there are delays due to COVID. Just not at the point of ordering. Ironic. We like the product, not the company.

All about that massage option. Melts the days aches and pains away. Love the 8 usb plugs, we never have to worry about finding a cord or outlet for any of our electronics. The adjustable head and foot positions are great to make sure any discomfort can be subdued into dormancy and I can achieve a full nights rest.

The beds arrived with the white glove delivery. There were no instructions, not even a note telling where to find them online. Luckily the men who came to install them had some experience. The foot of one bed will not operate. I waiting on a technician to call and schedule a repair. There where were issues with the delivery schedule but the people at ghost bed handled that quickly.
