Once we got our adjustable base we were so excited to get it set up! The base was really easy to put together, the headboard brackets were pretty challenging, but we did figure it out after moving the them this way and that. The base is awesome, it works really well. Syncing was simple and straightforward and they do still send the second remote so it is nice to have a spare. We have a bed skirt (we just poked a couple of holes in the fabric so it would slide over the bars and the LED lights are still bright enough to illuminate the ground in the night. I ordered this online. Got it in less than a week. So easy to set up. So comfortable. I use the ZG for relaxation and for the massage setting. Which i absolutely love. I researched tons of adjustable bases and went with this one because it had all the 'bells and whistles' I was looking for. I love it!!!

I bought this for my grandfather who needed help sitting up and down in a bed and also getting comfortable while he was very sick. The joy this bed brought him was amazing. He learned the controls easy, and was happy he could change his position without having to call for help. He compared it to an at home hospital bed, but with a couple extra features (like the massager and underneath lighting). When it arrived (queen size) we picked it up from outside and brought it up to the bedroom. Although it was considerably heavy, it was very sturdy. Setting it up (installation) was quite easy to complete. It only took about 10-15 minutes once unwrapped. I didn’t like that some of the cords appeared loose underneath the bed, but it is underneath and no one would ever see it. I put the batteries in and it started working instantly with their old mattress. It was perfect! The one thing I would recommend to GhostBed, add a wrist wrap feature for the elderly/sick so they won’t continuously lose the remote. That was the only thing I had to continually help grandpa do. It wouldn’t be useful for most, but that extra option would be nice. Or maybe a wall/furniture holder? (I didn’t see one but it doesn’t mean it isn’t an option!)

This topper didn't seem to help my hip pain, actually it made my hips feel much worse after using it, and it's been a few weeks now, no better....It may be due to the cooling cover, as it fits rather tightly? Other gel toppers, (I've had 4, plus a few more for my extra bedrooms), have worked much better for me and my company in the past. This one is firmer, possibly due to the cover... My husband likes this one better because it's definitely more firm, I do not, and have had to resort to using my old gel topper on top of this one. It makes our bed look ridiculous since my half is higher than my husbands. He doesn't want thicker gel on his side. I'm very Disappointed in this topper, since it was much more expensive than all others I bought in the past. I gave my feedback to the company asking for their help, maybe there is something better they can offer, but haven't yet heard back, except they would like me to compete a survey? If you have hip or joint problems, I would not recommend. Or, if you would like your mattress to be softer like most gel toppers will provide, again, I'd try a different one, maybe one of Amazon's choices, they have always worked well for me. My other topper was working just fine and was fairly new, but I ordered this one because one of the reviewers said it felt helped their hips.... And I thought, if it costs more, maybe it'll be even better? ...not so for me... Perhaps their hip problems are different than mine.

This topper was softer than I expected, after reading proprietor’s response to a question on its density (he said it was somewhere between a 3.5-4 lb density). I feel that it is not. It wasn’t terrible, it did provide cushioning, but I ended up moving it to the guest room. I didn’t like the feeling of being sunk into a depression that I had to put effort into getting out of when turning over in bed.

Our first mattress in a box, we were a bit hesitant since my wife always likes to see and touch the products (even more of a leap with a mattress). Not to worry, the mattress is wonderful. I sleep warm so we strongly considered the Lux but in the end went with the Classic. While it still warms up, it has not been uncomfortably warm and the firmness is great for back sleeping. No aches or pains upon arising. We also purchased the split king bed frame and are very pleased with it, the wireless remotes and features as well as the price put many of the "other" name brand frames that have to be purchased with their mattress to shame! Only a minor problem, the spilt mattresses do slide apart a bit at times leaving the channel between them, the frames stay put as they are held together via the large velcro belts underneath. Overall, pleased with our purchase and would buy again.

This frame is very easy to set up and can hit some good positions, but it is not very quite when changing positions and the "massage" setting is fairly noisy vibration. The remote is easy to use and the floor LED light is nice, but overall its probably overpriced considering some of the weaker and less-realized features.

We bought the luxe king split about a month ago. The delivery took about a week, but it was worth the wait. I was having some issues with my back and seeing a chiropractor several times a week, now I can go weeks without a visit. The bed stays cold like advertised and the pillow and sheets are awesome. You won’t regret this purchase.

I bought this for my 5 year old daughter’s mattress. It has really made her bed more comfortable and when she needs a snuggle I am much happier too. My only complaint is that she says she doesn’t want to get out of bed in the morning. But seriously it is a great product that we have all been pleasantly surprised by. I would highly recommend it you need a little something extra for your mattress.

Mattress edges without support. Sinks so low until you slide off if not careful. Bought for my husband who is disabled. He sat on edge 2 days after we got it and slid off onto floor. Also when headrest is up, mattress edge sinks way down at fold. Tilts you toward the side. No problem with other parts of bed.
