They don't sleep well. The beds are awful and no matter what they say there is no warranty

I was really hoping for a soft mattress. They are a little bit too hard for my liking. I really might have to try the 101 night sleep EXCHANGE.

Our mattress was 20 years old and decided to try a Ghost Bed, our brother and sister in law told us about theirs. It was a great purchase!!!

This has changed our lives. We don't wanna get out of bed! I have had horrible neck pain for years, this has helped so much! We will be buying again!

This topper has made such a huge difference for my wife!! We have a very nice air mattress that when our little grandson stays over, that’s where he & my wife sleep. My wife has bursitis in her right hip so sleeping was very rough for her - until now!! Thanks to the GhostBed Memory Foam topper, she says that even our air mattress is like sleeping on a cloud!! No more hip pain!! What a miracle to help her get a wonderful night of sleep!! Thank you SO much for making an amazingly helpful product that my wife appreciates very much!!

I will need these for all three, soon to be four, ghostbeds with adjustable frames, that I have purchased. The set I remove will go to a frabricator to see if they can be cut down and made useable for a more reasonable price as they can not be exchanged for the shorter ones. THIS IS ANNOYING. You can not sit on the tall beds without causing the mattress to slide away. Jumping on the bed or building a platform next to the bed on both sides can be a solution. I have no other choice than to recommend this item as the 12 inch legs are too tall and the screws/bolts are not standard. Sadly, we all love the beds and that is the reason I will not return them. If I must, I will be buying 3 more sets.

I really wanted to love this topper. I waited 40 business days to receive it. The pattern in the foam looked very intriguing and like it might be comfortable. I let the topper air out for 12 hours with the windows open before sleeping in it. When I laid on it the density of the foam compressed to about one fourth inch and did not improve the comfort of my mattress. The other problem that I had was the smell. It was so strong that I ended up taking it off my bed at 3AM. Unfortunately, not a good experience.

I researched as many brands of toppers I could and decided on the GhostBed topper for my wife and I. Really loved the different sections of the topper and what they did. Ordering was easy, and we received in a few days. I opened and let it expand, while I was doing other things. When I went back to look at it, it looked nothing like what was described, not even close. I called in and was told to send pictures including the tag from the topper cover and it would go to their warranty department. Almost a week went by with no response so I called and was told the warranty department denied my "claim" and said the topper could be slightly different based on where is was made. So I would not be receiving a refund. I didn't want a refund, just the topper to be correct. I totally get "slightly" but what I got was nowhere close. It's like ordering a pair of khaki pants, knowing you might get a version of khaki but getting a pair of black pants instead! I am extremely disappointed in this product and how it is shown and what I received. I'm not one to make a fuss out of things but this really has irritated me. I know the company doesn't care, and that's fine, but it's very poor business. They could have made me one of those people who praised their product but instead, do not buy it. See the pictures I have attached and make your own conclusions. Clearly not even in the same ball park from what i got and what they represent.

I've been wanting an adjustable bed for years and finally got one. The mattress is very nice, firm but with enough give to be very comfortable. If you like a mattress that swallows you up, this may not be for you. The adjustable base is great for reading in bed, whish I do every night. The under-bed lighting is cool for when you need to get up at night for something, and the flashlight feature is great as well! I only used the massage a few times, it's okay but not as strong as I hoped. This was not a main criteria in my selection, so not too worried about it! The only negative I have seen, is sometimes the preset adjustments don't work unless you go back to flat mode first. When I go from reading directly to zero gravity, it doesn't seem to get it right. If I go flat first, it seems to do it. I hope this is not an indicator of upcoming issues with the base! Overall, I love it so far. The adjustable base is awesome!

The frame doesn't fit together at all. The company said they actually took a part off so it didn't matter that it was made like that, to me it still looks poorly made because of that. Instead of fixing the main problem they compensated and left the quality poor.
