This topper was softer than I expected, after reading proprietor’s response to a question on its density (he said it was somewhere between a 3.5-4 lb density). I feel that it is not. It wasn’t terrible, it did provide cushioning, but I ended up moving it to the guest room. I didn’t like the feeling of being sunk into a depression that I had to put effort into getting out of when turning over in bed.

Love the LEDs at the bottom but they are not RGB (can't change the color) and the strong annoyance of it turning off after a couple of minutes. I want to determine when it should turn off. I want mine on until I decide to turn it off. If the unit was RGB, I'd probably keep it on if I could choose a red or blue color. This is the reason for the 4 star. It would be a 5 star otherwise. If this is fixed in the future, then an upgrade kit should be available for us with the old type.

Right out of the box, one of the most comfortable and supportive beds we have ever owned. We had a Sleep Number for a few years and just didn’t like it. Replaced it with the Ghost Bed Split King and absolutely love it. Should have done this years ago.

We ordered a mattress topper from a company that advertises a lot on TV. It did not help at all. Our shoulders and hips continued to hurt. We just waisted our money. We ended up putting it in our guest bedroom. (Sorry Guest). We were very skeptical of all the ads. We heard about GhostBed and liked the reviews. Spoke to a very nice person with the company and ordered one. The first night there was no shoulder or hip pain!!!!! It is exactly what we were looking for. We love it!! I don’t like how the boxes were left outside. I understand due to covid, but they were heavy. The assistance would have been nice. Other then that the bed is great. I don’t have any hip or joint pain when I wake up on the mornings. It’s been fun playing with the bed

This is our 2nd topper. We switched to a king size and it ended up being a little too firm for me, my shoulders were getting sore. My husband didn't have a problem with the firmness of the mattress so I purchased a twin xl for my side of the bed and my shoulders don't hurt in the morning! It looks a little funny but it feels pretty amazing!

The mattress that I have had for a year and one half caused my shoulders and hips to hurt. The Ghost mattress eliminated this problem! I do feel more rested. All the groves make for a cool nonsweating night. If I could think of any way that it could be improved, a plush pillow topping might be it.

I only slept one night with the memory foam mattress topper and was unable to move the next morning. Company not willing to take topper back because it is a “personal use item.” They will take a return on a mattress. Isn’t a mattress a personal use item? I will give them 0 stars.

I have bad acid reflux. Since I have had my ghostbed I haven't had any acid reflux at all in the mornings. The massage features were a lot more powerful then I imagined it would be when I bought it. I also have a blot clot in my left leg and the ability to raise the foot of the bed has relieved swelling in me keg

It's an OK pad. I have severe back pain due lupus. So a lot of pain all over. I don't sleep well because of so much pain & I was hoping this pad would help. It's somewhat better then others I've tried but I still wake up in horrible pain. I also wake up w/ night sweats so it doesn't help there either.
