you leave no room for mistakes or change of mind if 1 bed isnt working out. your offer for fixing things is next to nothing at all. and then theres the fact that NO MATTER WHAT the moving under frame can only be a scrape piece of metal laying around if you need to change bed sizes. what this means is that no matter what the frame cant be swaped for a different size. we actually are having regular problems with the frame but even more are the problems of comfort. so far i have had 60 nights of back pain, and to think that the company told me this was the mattress i needed for the problem. its no wonder you cant find a honest caring company ANYWHERE any more, they all only care of the profits and amounts going into their pockets

I purchased the bed for my physically disabled adult son who has severe joint damage directly related from his blood disorder. Within days of setting the bed up; my son’s left hip had made such a huge improvement where for the first time in 10 years he had a completely restful sleep. It was as though he was a changed person and I am not exaggerating. His pain was almost nonexistent which normally he suffers with excruciating pain with his left hip, right shoulder, both elbows, right knee, and both ankles. With the massage feature it makes it possible for his body to get reprieve from the blood flow circulating properly which completely blows me away. Thank you, thank you thank you. Comfortable quiet essentially a sea of calm in an otherwise hectic world. I love this bed. I had no idea I would be this much in love but I am. Support, ease and comfort, oh and did I say comfort? I didn't think I was going to like the ghost bed pillows but I'm equally in love with them. I'm an old down girl person from way back and I thought I would stay that way but my mind and my body has been changed. We got the adjustable bass and I have to say it's quiet and comfortable as well. I really enjoy the zero gravity setting. I've not ever really been a back sleeper more of a side sleeper but this bed makes it easy to sleep in any position I want. Thank you Ghost Bed.

My hip pain and lower back pain has been minimized. I do have trouble moving because of it compressing after sleeping in one place. Overall, I am pleased that my back and hip pain is not as bad. With stretching exercises to loosen my muscle I believe this will help.

I truly LOVE my new bed! My grandchildren love it to. They love using my room during the day while watching TV. I have an autoimmune disorder which causes me to have acid reflux when I am sleeping. No more worries with the adjustable base. The Head-to-toe bundle was a great find. I have told everyone about the GostBed company. The financing was simple and very affordable. My husband and I are very pleased with our bed. As we are getting older, we've been experiencing back and hip pain, but this this bed has allowed us to sleep much more comfortably. We can adjust the bed to take the pressure off the painful joints. And I love the massage treatment -- we just set the timer and doze off. The set-up was easy. The instructions aren't very detailed, but it was pretty easy to figure out. We have talked about this bed so much that 2 of our friends have since purchased their own GhostBeds. My only disappointment was with the delivery. Our bed came in 4 separate boxes, which were delivered over 3 separate days and the mattresses were delivered before the adjustable platforms. Fortunately, we didn't dispose of our old bed until the new one was received. Unfortunately, that meant we had 2 king-size beds in multiple pieces that we had to accommodate throughout the house for a few days. There must be a way to coordinate the delivery so that everything can be delivered at the same time. In the end, I can say that the wait and inconvenience was worth it.

I really enjoy the adjustable base however the mattress & I are still not getting along I was truly hoping for a great nights sleep with the great reviews I’ve seen...so far I’m still up a good amount of time through the night unfortunately!! I hope the mattress will start forming maybe & start helping me sleep through the night soon

The topper is very comfortable, and the included cover fits both the topper and mattress. Maintains comfortable sleeping temperature so far (summer has not yet come). Very comfortable. Ordering process not seamless, had to follow up several times to get order placed, but then arrived quickly.

Husband and I have tossed and turned on a "similar" company's mattress for a lot of years. We put this topper on and in a matter of days we were having the best sleep we've had in a LONG time. I don't have to fight for a comfortable position anymore, my hips and shoulders no longer ache...and I don't even wake up my husband when I get up in the mornings because he's sleeping so hard. We LOVE it!!

I was really looking forward to some relief from the heat trap every night. I bought this after buying a less expensive one and hating it. The cover offers slight cooling comfort, but I still always wake up feeling like a torch is being held to my skin from below the topper. I was also hoping for a little more sink in comfort, but it actually seems to be getting more and more stiff
