you leave no room for mistakes or change of mind if 1 bed isnt working out. your offer for fixing things is next to nothing at all. and then theres the fact that NO MATTER WHAT the moving under frame can only be a scrape piece of metal laying around if you need to change bed sizes. what this means is that no matter what the frame cant be swaped for a different size. we actually are having regular problems with the frame but even more are the problems of comfort. so far i have had 60 nights of back pain, and to think that the company told me this was the mattress i needed for the problem. its no wonder you cant find a honest caring company ANYWHERE any more, they all only care of the profits and amounts going into their pockets

Had a bunch of questions on the topper and chatted with customer service. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I took the chance and ordered and have noticed a big difference in the past few weeks. Been sleeping more throughout the night and have not been waking up with sweats. Highly recommend.

The bed is so comfortable. It is taller then our other bed. I like the lights under the bed. It lights up the floor at night if you need it. Being able to move the head or foot of the bed is great. It's not hard or to soft. Watching the videos on your website helped me to pick the right bed for us. We are side sleepers and it has helped us so much. Even if my husband goes to his back he can move the head of the bed up so he doesn't snore. I would recommend this bed and this company. The customer service is great! I have to admit we were skeptical about purchasing a bed online, however I have to admit we are both very pleased. We have slept comfortably for about the last month since our purchase. I suffer from back pain and the need for an adjustable base. My wife however prefers the stable base. We purchased the split king and couldn't be happier. The mattresses are very comfortable. I would recommend this bed.

I give it a 4.5 actually. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but I opened it and everything seemed in order. I did have to screw in a couple of screws that had come out. That aside, there are more great things about the bed. I love how simple the bed is to get set up, the mattress is comfortable, it looks nice, it does not make much noise, the features of the lights and massage, the easy to use remote all make for a wonderful product for a good value.

We love our Ghost bed.I'm 63 yr old female.Able to set up myself,although base was a little heavy to flip over.Very comfortable mattress.Like the lights under the bed for walkway.Bought the sheets and they are so nice! Love the elastic all around to keep them in place.ENded up using the 12 in legs that came with the bed ,so will try to return the shorter legs we purchased.

got spilt king very pleased,my wife got all kind of problems with her back, knees and hip. she is gettingbetter sleep. I have sleep apnea and it realy helps me breath better. I was easy to install, took about a hour. The people at the storewhere very professional knew their product and helped me get everything elese I needed I would recomend this product to anybody that wants better sleep
