It’s a fine product, just not what I was expecting.

The product is very quiet . Wasn’t hard to adjust to the different settings.

Added the perfect amount of cushion to our matress that was too hard. Fit perfectly too.

The mattress is too soft. IT IS difficult to get in and out of the bed. Assembly was easy.
