The topper sleeps well and is firm enough, but also soft. I give it 4 stars bc it doesn’t really sleep any cooler than my other memory foam.

Easy to install, remote control works great, sleep is amazing! When the massaging ends, it feels like clouds and easy to fall right to sleep.
