So far my ghost bed matress topper is great. It's only been 3 weeks but I'm definitely sleeping better and more comfortably.

I actually did not need them after getting them. Plus I did not get them until after I already had gotten the bed

Took a little while to get someone to send a new motor replacement but other than that we are somewhat happy with the bed.

The mattress keeps slipping when I raise the head and the bar provided to hold the mattress is not efficient..

We really like your mattress topper and it has softened up our very firm mattress just the right amount. Your customer service was very good.

Had to replace my remote because it broke from falling in the floor too many times. This replacement was fine, but really expensive

Good 👍 but it took away the firmness I prefer from the actual mattress, the Venus Williams Recovery. Regardless it is a good product.

The legs are great but I had to wait weeks for them to arrive. I would have liked the option of 12 or 6” legs when I ordered my bed.
