The ghost bed is wonderful! I didn’t expect it to b sooooo comfortable! I sleep better..... my husband sleeps better........, it’s easy to set up......the customer service is quick and efficient. Everything was done over the phone/internet. This is truly what “one stop shopping” means. Who would have thought that a new bed is one phone call away. ..... and....... the price is right!

Very comfortable but bed is loudly creaking and legs are wobbling and bending after less than two years of use. Customer service rep, Kim, would only help me to repurchase malfunctioning parts, insinuating the bed is sturdy and that I must haves dragged the bed around or had too heavy of a mattress on it or had misused the bed. I am a small person who sleeps in the bed and I purchased the thinnest mattress ghost bed sells. She said they can’t guarantee their product without paying for white glove service, though she doesn’t recommend the white glove service since she doesn’t trust this third party. Unbelievable! Hoping the frame lasts more than a few creaky years

Received 6" legs for my queen Ghostbed adjustable base, easy to install. Wish they offered an option for 6" or 11" legs when you order the adjustable base, with back issues and being short had to use a step stool to get in and out of bed with the 11" legs. Very happy with 6" legs.

The components of the bad did not arrive at the same time but not a big deal. The adjustable base went together very easily. The mattresses for vacuum sealed we open them and allow them to sit for 24 hours before we slept on the bed. It’s incredible how good the bed sleeps. The sheets are great and the pillows are phenomenal. I’m really glad that we got the complete package.

It’s one of the best mattresses I’ve ever had. I mean, for that price, it very well better be the best mattress I’ve ever had. It was delivered in two days, the functions all work properly, set up was easy, and my sleep has definitely improved. I wish the massage function would go higher than 30 minutes, though. We bought the Twin XL mattress topper for our daughters dorm bed. She did lots of research and was set on this one. Although shipping took way too long (almost 3 months) after we placed the order, I will say it was well worth the wait. The first night she said it was heaven. So comfortable and best nights sleep since being away. She was using a temporary one whole she waited for delivery. While I myself was visiting her, I took a nap in her bed while she was in class. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The topper ate me up and I felt like I was being sucked in. Soft, comfortable and perfect. I can only imagine what the mattresses feel like and although we recently purchased our Mint Tuff and Needle, I’m considering buying a Ghost Bed Mattress it was that amazing.

We have a very firm bed because that’s what my husband likes. I do not like pillow tops because I get hot. Therefore the firm bed is not comfortable enough for me to sleep on. The mattress topper has made it perfect for me. I’m no longer hot and I am comfortable! It’s been years trying to find the right bed. I’m 65 and finally love crawling into bed :-)

I highly recommend the 6” legs if your current bed is too tall for you. Easy to put on once you get the existing legs off. When you order online, you will receive an email asking for your model number so they can send the right legs. Would be better if they had you enter your model number when you order. It took 6 weeks from the time I ordered to the time received due to back order. Be aware they charge your credit card when you order, not when they ship. The 5 stars is for the legs, not the process but I have to say that customer service is quick in responding to emailed questions.

I so LOVE our adjustable Ghostbed! It is just the right firmness! Delivery was prompt! We weren't too happy with the first order we got- it was too firm. Return was no problem, replacement was no problem. This is our second Ghostbed we have gotten, and so LOVE them!
