Well after waiting for each piece to come in. We set it up and wow! No more snoring husband and relief from my reflux. The fact that we have our own control fabulous. The massage aspect is wonderful. The USB ports are positioned just right and the lights underneath the bed are perfect for my husband getting up at night. We had a Sleep number bed for 17 years and this is like owning a Cadillac now. Setup was super easy too. Thank you. My only complaint was the fact that it didn’t come as one shipment, sheets first then a few days later the base and week and a half the mattresses.

Everything that I researched said that the adjustable bed frame would fit in an existing bed frame if you removed the slats or drawers, but that is not the case. The legs were too short and if the adjustable bed frame sits on your existing frame then the foam edges on the adjustable bed frame gets crushed. I had to take my original bed frame out and now I don’t have a headboard or bed frame for my bed:( The only reason I bought this one was because it was supposed to work with my bed set. I very disappointed with that false advertising since you can’t return the frames! Another problem is that if you use the tv mode on the remote, it practically folds your body in half!!! There is no way that it is a comfortable position. As far as my mattress, I’m still on the fence about how it feels. My back and hips don’t hurt as much, but my arms are numb and tingling by morning.

The best bed me and my husband have ever slept on! I typically like a soft mattress and my husband likes a firm mattress, we got the hybrid flex and neither one of us have had a complaint about it. We got the split king and being able to adjust each side to each of our liking is amazing. My husband use to snore really bad but now that he sleeps in the suggested sleeping position he barely snors anymore! I was hesitant about getting it but now that we have it I don't think we could go back to a regular mattress now. The massage feature is definitely a plus as well. You don't think you need it, until you have it and now I turn it on every night before bed. I would definitely say if your thinking about purchasing one, just do it! You won't be disappointed!

I am really disappointed in this topper. It was expensive for what feels like foam. It gives no support, to soft and I get up with a backache every morning. I have used it about a month, rotating like instructions say, trying to give it a chance, but not getting any better. Wish I could return and get a refund.

My husband and I are very pleased with our bed. As we are getting older, we've been experiencing back and hip pain, but this this bed has allowed us to sleep much more comfortably. We can adjust the bed to take the pressure off the painful joints. And I love the massage treatment -- we just set the timer and doze off. The set-up was easy. The instructions aren't very detailed, but it was pretty easy to figure out. We have talked about this bed so much that 2 of our friends have since purchased their own GhostBeds. My only disappointment was with the delivery. Our bed came in 4 separate boxes, which were delivered over 3 separate days and the mattresses were delivered before the adjustable platforms. Fortunately, we didn't dispose of our old bed until the new one was received. Unfortunately, that meant we had 2 king-size beds in multiple pieces that we had to accommodate throughout the house for a few days. There must be a way to coordinate the delivery so that everything can be delivered at the same time. In the end, I can say that the wait and inconvenience was worth it.

My hip pain and lower back pain has been minimized. I do have trouble moving because of it compressing after sleeping in one place. Overall, I am pleased that my back and hip pain is not as bad. With stretching exercises to loosen my muscle I believe this will help.

I purchased the bed for my physically disabled adult son who has severe joint damage directly related from his blood disorder. Within days of setting the bed up; my son’s left hip had made such a huge improvement where for the first time in 10 years he had a completely restful sleep. It was as though he was a changed person and I am not exaggerating. His pain was almost nonexistent which normally he suffers with excruciating pain with his left hip, right shoulder, both elbows, right knee, and both ankles. With the massage feature it makes it possible for his body to get reprieve from the blood flow circulating properly which completely blows me away. Thank you, thank you thank you. My partner loves the foam topper. I prefer one that is firmer. It stays in place nicely .

Good quality, quiet operation and super simple to set up

I completely adore this adjustable base. My husband and I purchased 2 to fit in our King sized frame. We have loved it! Has helped my acid reflux and snoring. Love the massage feature.
