The mattress was much firmer than we thought it would be. The company graciously sent us a foam topper to try to help soften it up a bit. We are hopeful that will solve the problem. We do like the adjustable base, but would recommend getting the split mattress for couples.

I give it a 4.5 actually. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but I opened it and everything seemed in order. I did have to screw in a couple of screws that had come out. That aside, there are more great things about the bed. I love how simple the bed is to get set up, the mattress is comfortable, it looks nice, it does not make much noise, the features of the lights and massage, the easy to use remote all make for a wonderful product for a good value.

I would rate the bed frame 5 stars. It has many nice options and operates quietly. The hybrid mattress, however, does not provide adequate support for my lower back. I am still experimenting with different sleeping positions to try to get the support that I need.

We are so happy with our adjustable base and king sized mattress. The Zero G’s setting is our favorite while watching TV. We bought the cooling mattress and we sleep like a dream. We couldn’t be any happier with our purchase. The shipping time was faster than expected and the base and mattress were packaged well. Looking into the sheets and pillows for our next purchase!

We got this for my Mom for Christmas. It shipped to Alaska, which was amazing. It arrived in a timely fashion. It was so easy to set up. Even with all these great things, the best part of the experience was my Mom telling me she slept better than she has in a long time. I would definitely recommend this frame and this company.

It was very nice to see that the remote came setup already with the base. I I had to do is screw in the legs that were very easy to screw into the base. Everything else was was already completed. The remote has nice features that allow you to set you favorite setting. The recommended sleep has the head elevated but the legs low. I personally like to sleep with the head and feet elevated a bit. The massage is a bit noisy and my wife rather me not use that when going to bed. I had a sleep number before this so its a bit challenging to get the right mattress. I started with the Flex and will be going to the Matrix 3D after the 30days are over. I am very happy with the Ghostbed and hope to enjoy this mattress for many years to come.

The bedframe and the mattress are the perfect match for providing a wonderful sleep. The firmness is just right and the versatility (using the remote to adjust head, back and leg position) is beyond any expectations. A fine bed for a very good purchase price!

This bed is just amazing!!! As a plus sized woman who has struggled with back issues, sleep apnea, and poor quality of sleep throughout the last 13 years, this bed has been a game changer! I am sleeping better than I have in ages! I didn't remember what it felt like to be well rested! The adjustable base is amazing! Quiet and the massage feature is just lovely! I really like this bed! It helps me stay cool during the night and I've been sleeping better and longer hitting 80+ on my Fitbit sleep scores The bed has the perfect firmness level for me and I love the lights under the adjustable frame. Speaking of which, the frame is a dream for dealing with acid reflux.

After doing a lot of research on the right adjustable bed for us we decided to try GhostBed and we are so happy that we did. The beds came fast and the assembly was super easy. My husband and I like different firmness and we were not disappointed with our choice. The mattress is so comfortable we don't want to ever get out of bed!
