I bought this bed without having seen it before or tried one. I researched all all the beds on line to find one that fit my size, my sleeping habits and I LOVE my new Bed! the coils and foam combination made the best combination for me - support but comfort to my shoulders and hips. I'm surprised at how much I like the ability to raise the head and feet... I sleep longer. The massage part just shakes the bed. Like putting a quarter in the beds you see on TV. I like all the features - phone charge ports and lights.

Missing screws upon delivery told to use match sticks to help secure . Then 2 -3 months later more screws fall out. Now im told they will send people into my house during covid to assist me . Warranty is a joke. They sell a defective item an exclude it from the warranty refund

I have been sleeping on a firm mattress for so long, I had forgotten what a big difference just a little extra padding could make...this pad makes a lot of difference on my old mattress, but it took some getting used to. It's getting better and better every day.

I have a queen size ghost, bed luxe, and without a doubt, I knew I was getting the adjustable base, even though it increased the overall cost quite a bit, but worth every penny. I actually sleep through the night now and if I’ve worked all day and my feet are tired I can raise the foot of the bed- it feels heavenly. If I’m feeling acid reflux coming on I simply raise the head of the bed sometimes I do both ends slightly up and it is bliss. I put this bed in the guestroom, but I sleep in it every night. I go to the master bedroom when I have guests over, and every single guest has said they love my bed. I chose not to put a TV in the room went with a Zen vibe and put fabulous bamboo sheets and duvet cover on the bed. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Life changing. I don’t know how else to describe it. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have found that with the ability to adjust the bed in combination with the cooling features of the mattress, I no longer have night sweats and I sleep pretty much all through the night. The setup was a breeze. No issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this bed to anyone who looking to improve the quality of their sleep and oh by the way, we also bought the sheet set and I am so happy we did. All I can say is so soft and comfortable.

It’s one of the best mattresses I’ve ever had. I mean, for that price, it very well better be the best mattress I’ve ever had. It was delivered in two days, the functions all work properly, set up was easy, and my sleep has definitely improved. I wish the massage function would go higher than 30 minutes, though. I have to say I was just a little skeptical at first but after seeing reviews a bought the package Queen with adjustable base, wow for the first time in over a year I have not been woke up from my husband screaming in pain in his back and shoulders I would highly recommend this bed to anyone. The ease of putting it together and the amazing features makes it even more worth while. My 4 year old like to go under the bed with the LEDlight on thinks it's his club house under there. Luckily there is a child safe lock out to keep children from getting hurt love that feature and the massage feature after a long hard day at work is amazing. My husband also loves the TV lounge feature when watching TV in bed. What else can I say the bed with all the features is totally worth the price

My Ghost bed is wonderful I can adjust my head and feet, I also love the massage features. The bed was delivered quickly and was easy to set up. II enjoy my adjustable bed everyday so does my wife, it was the best investment ever, we both sleep like a baby. Would not trade for the work, it is wonderful, I would recommend to everyone to get one they will not regret how wonderful they will both sleep in their new ghost bed. They also have me other accessories they can buy.

I love this base, I fall asleep often to the massage features. I'm a very light sleeper so I assumed I would fall asleep once the timer was over but I have yet to make it past 10min before falling asleep. I work on my feet, so my legs and feet are sore and tired when I get home. Being able to elevate them and turn the massage feature on really helps my legs to relax.

Have only had the king split mattress for a couple weeks, and we’re not very fond of the split king set up, so not sure we’re going to keep this. The sheets are loose and baggy being held in place by a 1” wide elastic section. Changing the sheets is a real chore! Additionally the mattresses (not the bases) have a tendency to drift apart which is one of the things we were initially concerned about and using it for these past couple weeks proves it is an issue.
